Very poor service they try to bully you into doing checkout yourself many times they haven't allowed products to be taken properly by spinning carousel around then in customer service they give you the runaround to get back what you already paid for bathrooms are always nasty and this is no time to relax with monkeypox spreading fast

I have always had a good experience at the Cambridge Walmart as far as big box stores go The staff has always been friendly and helpful, bathrooms are never clean so I avoid them I'm having issues with all the people walking around the store not wearing masks! I took several pics in the first 5 minutes of entering the store. Most of your employees are following the rules and I think your customers and employees that are wearing their masks deserve a safer place to be. Grant you need to figure out a way to enforce the mask requirements. Thank you to all the employees and customers that ARE wearing their masks, nobody likes to wear the damn things but we all have to. Dint want to- STAY OUT OF THE STORE

I would highly suggest you stop employing 16 year olds that just flirt with each other while their customers need help. Oh yeah and your picture machines are broken and I definitely didn't spend an extra 30 minutes here trying to get it to work. And when I asked for help they came over and walked away to go flirt with a Girl, so I proceeded to sit trying to print my pictures. I would suggest to be better all around thank you and I am very frustrated and want to die so THANKS WALMART I AM GOING TO TARGET NEXT TIME!!!:):):)

this store has updated there checkout lanes with more self checkouts. the problem is now the started laying off employees. so I went through the checkout and the thing messed up and there was only 1 person there to help well they were having lots of problems with the lanes and it took 15 min before I could get any help then had to wait for another 10 min for the front end manager to come over and help. I'm so done with this company. my wife cashes her checks there and I watched the front end manager help one person the finished so the next person in line stepped up and was waiting right in front of her and she just walked away didn't say anything to the guest. I said something to her about helping that person and she said she had other things to do so I asked why didn't she say anything to that guest standing at the counter right in front of her and she just walked away. the cust service here is so bad.

If I could give zero stars I would! I came in on a peaceful Wednesday evening to do some much needed beauty shopping. I found a hip graphic tee that I went to try on. Then this old lady at the fitting rooms tries to accuse me of stealing?!?!? This old woman had the audacity to accuse me a middle class citizen with freshly done hair and nails of stealing!!! I have never been so offended in my life to be treated as a criminal!!!! I will never step foot into another Walmart as long as I live. This lady needs to be fired! She was hitting her 70's with a nasty middle aged haircut! This lady is an atrocious human being, I can not believe I had to be in her presence! The damage has already been done! You are lucky you haven't heard from my attorney!

Good items, like every other Walmart. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Me and my wife went to check out at 1:07 and finished at 1:47. We had a girl named Katelyn she looked at everything we bought and I was really starting to get uncomfortable and annoyed

I have experience with this Walmart from both the consumer and employment stand point. As a customer before and after my employment I got the sense that none of the sales associates had any relevant experience helping customers with phones or electronic devices. If I asked someone about a computer or a game all they would do was make up some meaningless misinformation about the item or just open up the item and read the instructions having never once used the device themselves. When I started to work there as a temp I at least understood why it was like this. Everyone who works at a Walmart has a classification either meats/produce, cashier, sales associate, receiving, and so on and so forth. However just because a name badge says someone works in electronics does not mean it is what they had been hired to do or is what they are good at. Each worker, even management can be called a jack of all trades and a master of nothing. Try to ask a random manager to explain which pet food is best for your fish or a random sales associate to tell you the shelf life of a standard PC and you'll find very wide differences in skill levels and experience. You will always want more then one opinion no matter what department or store you are in because if you get two different answers from two different people seek out a member of management to give the actual answer or assistance you need. If you are hired they will treat you very fairly and the application process is simple, to the point, and if you are not hired they will acknowledge reasonable requests for why employment could not be given. If your a customer I would keep on my guard considering that just because someone is in a specific department does make them a professional!

Shop this store all the time, large selection, good prices. Recently had a problem with my glasses and their vision center replaced them under warranty with no problem. I don't care for their meat dept, no real deals here and rarely a sale on meat. Shop ALDI's first then get the rest here.

Terrible customer helped. Called 4 times. The first two times I called them and talked to two different guys in electronics about the exclusive gold mario amiibo. They told me that they would put two on hold when they show up an call me back since the instocks were wrong. Well they never did contact me back then I call them the next day and they said they were busy so they took my name and number down again and still didn't get contacted. I call them two hours later and the item I am looking for shows up however I cannot show up till the next day because I had to work one hour before that and it takes me one hour to drive to this location. Called customer support directly after this and they said they will get management in this. The ASM is very rude by the name of Mike. He acts like he is superior to everyone and won't bother to listen or help the paying customer. Never will I bother to go to walmart again. Still awaiting that customer support management to give me a call back. WALMART IS TERRIBLE
