I had great service and got a good deal on my car. The lot is sold as is so the cars condition varies, but there inventory is good for any type of buyer.

I bought a truck with 142,000 miles on it for $4000. I drove it home to White Bear Lake. Had the mechanic Change the oil and within 200 miles the engine crapped out and I took it to two mechanics and both said the same thing that it needs a new engine from Ford for $10,000. I contacted Sand and they told me too bad so sad. I asked for only the profit that they would’ve made on that car back so that they wouldn’t be out a dime and they wouldn’t even do that. I am fresh out of Hazleton recovery and this really tested my sobriety. Thanks To Hazelden and the AA community for helping me deal with this in a positive way knowing that you cannot control other crappy peoples actions and only worry about yourself and today. I would highly recommend never dealing with these people again in the future, but to each their own, this is the only the second time in my 47 years on this earth leaving a negative review about a company if that says anything at all, I had to log in and recover password to be able to even leave this review. I am over it and I am out $4500 after diagnostics from the other two shops and Ubers but at least I am sober and didn’t revert to my old ways!!! Today is a beautiful day. I could be living in Tampa, staring into the eye of a hurricane!

Salesman don't even care.. super short and are annoyed you showed up to buy a vehicle. I ended up buying a 2017 SUV and have had nothing but major problems.. Engine issues, needs a new transmission just to start.. Do yourself the favor and avoid this dump. Prices aren't even good.. I am mad at myself for buying something from them.

I have bought 2 vehicles from them and highly recommend Sand's Auto! The staff are very helpful and work hard at getting you the best deal. Cars are exceptionally clean too!

Don't buy a vehicle here...we had a truck picked out that ended up with mechanical issues....they did nothing and kept our deposit. We went to a reputable dealer.

I went to test drive a car that I found online. I called and asked a few questions. One being if the car has been inspected and any mechanical defects found. I was told all vehicles are inspected by the owner prior to being listed. This car has serious issues and should not be driven. If this car says anything about how they run their business I’d stay away. My only reason for the two stars is the lot was clean and the sales person seemed kind although clearly not truthful.

Best used car dealer I have been to. They get a lot of customers, but each sales representative handled it very well. When you think of car shopping, you prepare yourself to be there all day, but here, not at all. They have tons of vehicles to choose from, pricings that fit a lot of different families budgets, and the ending sale paperwork is fast.

Found a diamond in the rough from them. I live an hour away and was sick of looking at prices here and what kind of condition the vehicles were in as well as the lack of customer service. Went up there with one in mind but others to look at. When I got there the one I was most interested in was being sold ?. So I looked around and glad that it was. The other vehicle I found was quite honestly in much better condition. Looked it over and test drove and knew that was a much better choice. Kimberly was nothing short of amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure that is what I was driving home in. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from her. It was about as seamless as it could've been.
Side note. When I got to work I put it on a hoist to thoroughly inspect the underside of the vehicle. And to my surprise it was so much cleaner and in better condition than what I was even remotely expecting. Not too many times you purchase a used vehicle and not really have to do anything to it, not even the typical stuff for that vehicle that I was expecting. Put new shocks in it, oil cooler lines were only seeping so replaced those just to be done with it and definitely installed an AFM disabler ?

If you want to repair a car every morning and afternoon buy from Sand Auto. They are manipulative dishonest in selling cars with Engine and transmission problem. Their car sales personnel with sugarcoat sweet dishonest manipulative enjoy deceiving customers.Be careful when buying a car from Sand Auto.

Kimberly was easy to deal with. Clean facility and well organized lots. Plenty of inventory to choose from. Not much ability to negotiate price so keep that in mind when you see a vehicle you like. Buyer beware.
