These guys sold me a 2002 ford f350 and failed to tell me it was a prior salvage title for almost 9 grand . I found out and I believe Town & Country Finance were in on the scam. So watch out for these crooks . The truck didnt even last me 8 months before it was unsafe to operate anymore. I didnt know it was a prior salvage until i recieved the title in the mail.

I found a beautiful 2007 chevy saburban thru Rum River Auto and it was listed for 6,999.99. All I had at the time was 5,000.00 dollars and they were kind enough to work with me on payment for the rest and we able to come to an agreement on a set price at 6,000.00. All of the staff was very professional, definitely would recommend buying from them.

I thought it was a great dealership… until 2 days after buying the vehicle and the check engine light comes on and the transmission is slipping. They even tell you that they do not clear codes which is a lie. Did not even offer the warranty on it and gave me 500 less for my car that I traded than I was originally quoted for by many other dealerships. Also, gave only 500 for a 2012 Hyundai with a brand new timing chain kit and he prettt much told us we were lying about the sensor needing changed because it’s normally the timing chain. So… we just got screwed over big time and I’ll never return to this dealer nor refer anyone to this place. They come off as friendly and honest when they are out for their money even after hearing that we are trading a very good running vehicle because 2 infants need room to fit! Way to go rum river rip off!

I wanted to be able to give a good review and if my review was just on the salesman during the time of transaction it would be a good one. But the vehicle I bought from them in February of 2024 is what the review is on. The car needs a new transmission, the air conditioning is completely done, we’ve had to replace the battery and much more than the car is even worth. When I reached out to them BEFORE my first months payment I was ignored. Salesman knew I needed a dependable vehicle to get my kids around in. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them.

Nate was AWESOME! Very timely response to my online finance application and got me approved fast! Very professional and friendly! LOVE LOVE LOVE my new car! 2017 Chevy Traverse runs excellent...I would definitely come back and refer family and friends.
