Pinewood is an absolute dream wedding venue. The balance of natural and modern is exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Our venue manager, Ellen, made sure everything ran smoothly so we never had to worry about lights, cleanliness, tables and chairs, temperature, etc.. The communication from the moment you book is unmatched, and the ability to access their client portal made everything so seamless. Many guests commented that it was the most beautiful venue they had ever been to. I highly recommend Pinewood for any event!

We got married at Pinewood in October '23 and it was excellent. Our guests loved the beautiful venue & we loved how much thought they had put into the space for making it all-inclusive style. Since we were planning an outdoor wedding, we were very thankful to not have to stress about what would happen if it was cold, rainy/snowy, or any other bad weather, we'd just move it to the indoor space. Their staff were super helpful and accommodating the day of, and the planning process was really straightforward with them.There were 2 things that I was initially wary of when we booked - the price & the silent disco.The price is a bit higher than many venues in the twin cities that we looked at, but in our opinion was so worth it. We didn't have to worry about renting any chairs/tables (and the associated logistics) or a backup indoor location. The space is super well designed, and the large getting ready rooms for the wedding party were really nice to have.I had never been to, or heard of, a silent disco before planning our wedding. I thought it seemed a little weird. Turns out it is a little weird, but it was SO MUCH FUN! The headphones are comfortable and high quality, and it is hilarious to take them off every once in a while and hear the out of tune singing & shoes squeaking. Consider me a convert.Overall, if Pinewood is in your price range, we can't recommend it enough!

Beautiful venue! The kids had fun playing in the weeds and forest area while the adults mingled comfortably in the outdoor and indoor areas. Would recommend.

First off, as a wedding planner I always aim for perfect events knowing we can usually come really close with the right combination of venue, vendors and event flow. My recent wedding at Pinewood topped the list of best day evers. Besides the hard work the bride put in for a beautifully designed event and carefully crafted guest list, this venue sealed the deal.Pinewood is a great space, well built with a layout that maximizes the guest experience, but what made the venue perfection was the venue manager Ellen. She was always available to help or answer questions, went above and beyond expectations and is truly a valuable player to have on your wedding team.I am so grateful to her and Chris for their help, unbidden but certainly not unwelcome. From greeting me in the morning with the friendliest attitude, to wiping down chairs and moving decor tables (and then moving them again, and one last time).This venue is not just on my preferred list, it’s on my hope-and-wish-to-be-there-again-soon list!

Pinewood Wedding and Events was an absolute pleasure to work with on our wedding day. The venue is simply amazing and our guests were wowed by how gorgeous it is! The venue is run by thoughtful people who want to help make your big day special and are excellent communicators. We highly recommend Pinewood Wedding and Events to anyone looking for a beautiful, unique, and professionally run venue.

The cement floor in the reception part of the building looks like a stained garage floor! Gross! At least paint the cement floor for heavens sake!Same room, if you add more windows down to the floor that would lookmuch better. Cell phone service is bad here, no Wi-Fi for guests to use.No sound system in the upper room, you have to bring your own ?Pretty Cool restrooms though lol

Pinewood is one of the most peaceful wedding venues I have ever been to. It captured all the moments and dreams of our wedding day - I have always wanted to get married in the pines of MN. Jill, Ellen & Pinewood staff I cannot thank you enough for the superior service and ensuring that our special day was organized to perfection. 10/10 recommend this venue - It is even more beautiful in person. We had the honor of documenting multiple weddings at Pinewood weddings and events and it is such a stunning wedding venue. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The spaces are all so clean and intentionally designed. The ceremony space with the tall pines and wooded property is to die for. And the best part is there are options for either an indoor or outdoor ceremony so if weather isn't great there's always a solid backup plan. We absolutely love Pinewood and look forward to our next wedding there!

I've been eyeing up Pinewood as a wedding venue since they opened- even before I met my husband Grant. When we got engaged last summer, I knew immediately that Pinewood would be the perfect venue for us. Little did I know, this venue offers far more than just the beautiful pictures you can find all over the internet.From our initial inquiry, the Pinewood staff was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and their website offers a one stop shop for any information you could ever want when it comes to wedding planning. Being from a different state, we were unable to visit Pinewood in person before the big day, but that didn't impact our ability to plan our wedding day. The Pinewood team offered us a video tour, measurements and dimensions of all rooms, tables, and various set ups for the reception room. Whenever we had a question that wasn't answered by their incredibly thorough website, the staff answered via email usually within just a few hours. Pinewood made wedding planning simple every step of the way.Fast forward to wedding day- driving up to the absolutely stunning grounds of Pinewood literally moved me and my husband to tears. They thought of every single detail to make the venue breathtaking- from the modern, elegant, romantic designs of the venue itself to the towering pines, Pinewood literally has it all. During our day, my husband said to me "I didn't know I had a dream wedding, but this is it!"I would recommend Pinewood to anyone and everyone planning a wedding- I wish we could relive our day over and over again!*photo credit to Hinton Studios (who are just as incredible as Pinewood- book this duo immediately!!!)

I own Celisia Stanton Photography, and many of my clients choose Pinewood as their wedding venue. The biggest draw to this venue is the fact that it is situated in the middle of a forest with the most incredible pine trees. Many of my clients hold their ceremonies outside, and the trees provide a surreal and magical backdrop to photos. Inside, the getting ready and reception spaces have lots of windows tons of natural light, which allowed us to capture indoor photos without struggling with awkward shadows or uneven lighting that are often present in other indoor venues. Highly recommend Pinewood to any couples looking for a wedding venue with gorgeous natural offerings and stunning indoor spaces.

As a wedding photographer, Pinewood is a dream venue to have worked with. If you're wanting a beautiful escape into the Minnesota pinewood trees, this venue is for you. Every detail of their space was so intentionally planned and constructed -- you can tell they put a lot of love and passion for wedding days into it all. And of course my experience with the staff was nothing short of amazing! Would highly recommend :)

As a wedding photographer I TRULY appreciate when a venue/event space has everything you could ever need all in one place. Pinewood is one of those places! Indoor + outdoor options that are all equally stunning. We've been here on cold chilly days and on warm fall days / sunny hot days... and Pinewood is CONSISTENTLY gorgeous and provides a great time. The getting ready suites are top notch for BOTH sides of the wedding party (something you don't see often - usually its one glamorous space and another room that resembles more of a closet than a suite)... I appreciate that level of attention to detail. Set on a gorgeous forested area, with a trail that goes through the woods to various *natureful* areas for even more variety in spaces to take photos - - - there is really nothing to complain about. Large parking lot. Gorgeous spaces. Kind as heck owners who REALLY thought of EVERYTHING you could ever want in a wedding venue... Great staff. Dog-Friendly. An overall stunning option. Pinewood was absolutely the perfect venue for my winter wedding dream! They fulfilled all of my expectations completely. The staff was wonderful and so delightful to work with. I highly recommend this venue to all brides looking for the perfect venue in Minnesota. You will not be disappointed.
