Connection is great, but once you need service tech, it's hard to get one. Unless you can show up to work late or leave early, you won't get a tech during the week. Weekend on call techs take their time and work slowly, making it hard to plan anything on weekends and sit home to do nothing.

UPDATE: Apr 9th 2024Thank you to the wonderful help from support. They genuinely care for customers, I will certainly be staying with Midco for the foreseeable future.It is great! (When it works)In Le Center, it has been going off twice per day. It is not just me. Maintenance has consistently been ongoing for the past two months or so. The fact we have to pay such a high price, only to lose service for sometimes up to an hour is ridiculous. Unless given a compensation or discount, may switch.

Worst company. Company customer service and tech are unprofessional. They don't care and having to restart my modem 3 times a day. Techs make things up in there system and say I never answer. Yet I wake and call about it.

It’s a horrible, unreliable internet service. It’s content issues. Unfortunately, it’s all we have available in our area. I would switch in a heartbeat if I could. I would not recommend.

Charged us 600$ for never sending our 10 year cable box back, even though “Martha at the front desk received it.” This company is run by incompetence… I would go through any other provider possible

Internet is fine good but I'm done with dealing with customer service. I wish there was other providers out in Isanti, for the price and service Midco is awful. I have attempted to change my due date 4 times now. We paid more this last time to bridge the gap between due dates... went to check the bill and it's STILL due on the original date. It's suppose to be due on the 16th moving forward and says next payment is the due on the 4th. I'm over it, it should NOT be this hard to change a freaking due date and have it done CORRECTLY.

Terrible! Thier cable service is the worst I have ever had. Way over priced! Always get the circle of death on the screen They installed a pod to fix this and charged me for it.

I've had Midco for the past 7 years. As their rates continue to rise I shopped around and went with T Mobile home internet. I was amazed that I can now stream past episodes of 48 hours and other streaming shows that with Midco I could only access 2 prior seasons. It would just spin and not play, even with a recently updated modem. Now I can go back years and they play. The best part is my service is only 30 dollars a month with taxes and fees as opposed to Midcos 73 dollars a month.

Debating on switching...the service is good when it works. Lately I've been losing my internet for extended periods about twice a week. Not to mention the 4 emails I've gotten recently about additional outages for maintenance.

Since they did an "update" per the rep I talked to they went to a pod system the internet is horrible! Nothing wants to stay connected! I shouldnt have to go to midco's app everytime I need to reconnect a divice to wifi that uses the 2.0. The system used to automatically detect what hz it needs and now you need an app and connect it yourself! Once doing that the devices that dont use 5g are constantly being disconnected until you go back in and turn 5g off. The devices that are on the lower speed get booted off after 15 minutes. Not only that the rates have doubled since last year and the services keep getting worse. I pay for the 2nd from the top package and its been proven by several of there support people that we arent even getting the speed we are paying for its ridiculous! They know they have issues with speeds and connection but they dont do anything to help the customer but raise the rates, and having to spend hours weekly on the phone trying to troubleshoot connection issues. Frustrating to say the least!!!!

Midco internet goes out constantly. Spotty. Never reliable. Trying to watch ANY program is a constant stop and start. It is horrible. Have gone two days without internet and they just say, “keep unplugging your router and plugging it back in again”. Great help guys. Thanks for nothing.

This company is the best! They always answer in English, they call back immediately if we get disconnected and they are incredibly polite and nice! My internet works great and if I do have a problem I can call and have it fixed right away. Very happy with my service. ?

Customer Service on the phone is good. The Internet is terrible and their service techs are bad as well. I called several times they always need home access nothing has changed in my home. Hate to be Captain Obvious might be the lines they ran above the ground along the foundation. They never fixed it I am done with Midco I will use wireless through my phone company or simply live without I lived for years without internet I am using an external antenna and saved $82/month. North Branch, Minnesota
