Don't even bother with this place unless Jamie is working! She knows everything inside and out, she's fast and friendly and will be honest about what is best for the customer. Every single time I go in there and have a different employee something goes wrong and they have to call a different staff on the phone for help. Guess who they call? Jamie. She's the best

The associate took her time with each customer and was pleasant even when the computers were down. She took my number and called as soon as they were back up so I could complete my purchase. I wish I could remember her name but she was working Thursday Feb 8th. Thank you!

Sign on the door says be back at 3:30 it is now 4pm and still no one back to the store. Been waiting for someone to show up and called both numbers on Google and nothing. Apparently they don't care about having the store open during their business hours.

Jamie is absolutely the best she is the life of that store! I never worry when I walk in and see her standing there behind the counter! If I owned a phone store I would offer her any amount of money to come work for me! Great attitude great customer service great person metro your absolutely lucky to have such a great employee!!!

I've had metro for a little over 8 yrs. Everytime I go in the computers are down. Nobody can actually help on fixing or correcting issues wit phones. Last week my phone completely crapped out. Screen wouldn't work. They entire system on phone was shot. I went in to get a new phone and couldn't even buy phone from them. Ended up switching carriers and got entirely new phone and number.Thanks metro for not being helpful to ur loyal customers...

Four stars only because they don't have the screen protectors or phone case for a phone I bought there but other than that the staff there know what they're talking about I can't remember the gentleman's name that has helped me numerous times but he knows his stuff and he knows what he's doing.
