Kwik Trip is a friendly and well-loved store with helpful staff. Customers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the employees who go out of their way to assist, such as helping with gas cans or providing fresh food quickly. One staff member was described as an angel for bringing out cups of mac and cheese within minutes. The location near 65 has had poor customer service in the past, but a newer store is praised for its excellent staff and service. Customers also enjoy the convenience of buying whole pizzas that stay warm during short walks home in cold weather. Overall, Kwik Trip is known for its friendly staff and good customer experience.

This was very much needed for the west side of Cambridge. Great store, and the employees are very pleasant.
