They r helpful, friendly, welcoming & happy to serve. They really want u there & make u feel as if ur family. Their food I'd delicious. Their store, bathroom & parking lot is clean. They're attentive to problems that u bring up. If u want something & u don't see it. U tell them & they're only too happy to make it for u anytime & that includes breakfast sandwiches.

They never have enough staff at the front. 9 out of 10 visits I walk in and there is no less than 5 people in line waiting to be helped. All times of day.Update* once again major fail. The car wash is down yet again. This time I already sat in line for 20 minutes. Was 1 car away from the kiosk. Employee was nice enough about it but at this rate my 30 days to use my prepaid car wash will be up before I get to use it.

Used the car wash got the best package. Didn't even remove dirt. I called Stephanie to let them know. She was rude. Told me I should have cleaned the glass 1st. Really? I said ok I won't buy any more car washes. She hung up on me! Well I'm never returning. I hope they go out of business.

Absolutely shameful the bait and switch tactics here. 3 piece tenders was $5.99 then they switch to 2 piece for $5.99 now I just went in and the normally full mashed potatoes and gravy bowls are less than half full. I work 72hrs a week manual labor and was spending here accordingly. No more.
