Had a appointment to have a cover put on our truck - the appointment the prior week was canceled luckily before we got to far. But, on this day, did get the oil change but I guess not enough workers to put the topper on and had to take home to do it ourselves. Drove almost 4 hours. Wife was not very happy.

Routed thru call center took too long. Requested shuttle day before service but ride wasn’t available so had to wait 45 min. Calls to update me never came so I had to call and got routed thru system and service was not answering. After 4 attempts got someone and was told they’d call within an hour with update. No call 2 hours later so called and again no one from service was answering their phones.

I had warrantee work on this same vehicle completed at another Chevrolet dealership in Duluth, Minnesota and even though the repair was covered under the extended warrantee, the dealership still charged me $40.00 for "shop expenses". The repair that I had done at Cambridge Motors was also covered under warrantee and they did not tack on any additional charges. I picked up my vehicle and was charged zero dollars. Good service. Thank you.

This is the place to go for a new car. The service department is top notch. I have been to many dealers and I would never go back to some, but Tomas in sales would do anything for you to make the sale great. The service department treat you like a friend. We have dealt with Kenneth and Bailey and they both great to work with. I can't say enough good things about this group. Thanks Guys, Brian

I recently had to have the whole chassis wiring harness replaced on my 2017 Silverado. My Mechanic Brian, diagnosed and replaced it very professionally. Saved me a lot of grief down the road, if it wasn't for his experience in the diagnosis. It's back running perfect again. Thank you Brian! You deserve a raise!

Purchased a 2015 Ford focus last year. Used 74k miles. Had car foe 1 month and had to bring it back as the transmission failed. Theyvhad replaced the transmission before I purchased it. The had the car for almost 2 months. Got my car back, 3 weeks later car goes into limp mode. Call dealership and they said nothing they could do. Brought it to my mechanic he explains thay flywheel and clutch were damaged when they put in the transmission and needed to be replaced. Also, the transmission was used. They also messed up my e brake by loosing the spring and there was missing bolts in several spots under the car where the transmission was. I have had to out over 4k into the car since I bought it.and have only been able to drive either 1200 miles since it's been in thr shop for almost 6 months straight It's garbage.very upset with this dealership and their morals. Do not buy a car there.

Will never do business here ever again!!! Purchased a 77,000 truck. The gentlemen that sold it to us was very kind but other than that a horrible and completely unacceptable experience. A few weeks after purchase my husband noticed the gear limit button on the steering wheel was not working. We call and thankfully was still covered under the 30 day bumper to bumper warranty. Mind you we live 2 hours north from this dealership. We bring it in to be serviced, they need to order parts ect and will contact my husband when it's fixed. It's been a little over 2 weeks so I called this morning to ask when it would be done and was told that they had about an hour left and my husband would receive a text when it was ready to go. I told them that we would probably be there between 530 pm and 630 pm, the man I was speaking with simply said sounds good have a great day. My husband got confirmation that everything was good to go around 11am same morning. They asked him over text what time to expect us so that paperwork could be ready, he responded with between 530pm and 630pm. No response after that but figured no big deal right? WRONG! We arrived at 608pm my husband walked in to get his keys and grab paperwork because we paid and signed electronically earlier in the day. He then was told that the service department closed at 6 and that its no their fault we weren't on time. He stated everything was good to go on our end and he just needed his keys. To his surprise he was then told that the service advisor brings all keys home with him every night. Im sorry what?? I've never heard of such a thing in my life. He nicely but irritatedly asked them to call the service advisor to come back since it was within 10 mins of closing. They claimed to have called but said he wouldn't be coming back tonight. Husband very very irritated at this point comes out to the parking lot to where me and my kids were waiting because again we have come from 2 hours away and tells me what's just happened. I am now irritated and told him to go back in and try to figure something out as the whole key thing sounds fishy to me. He went back in for all of 30 seconds mad but requesting they work something out. He was escorted to the door by 3 men and was told the cops would be called if he didn't leave. I then watched this man grab keys and lock the 2 main entrances during business hours as the actual dealership was open until 7 and there were multiple other customers in the building. My husband is a very kind and patient person in no way violent or threatening and in our 8 years together I have never seen him so upset. I gave them 1 star because I had no choice. Would not recommend wasting any time here. I will be contacting the corporate office first thing Monday morning.

I was in search of a Jeep and had been looking at other dealerships and decided to check out the inventory at John Hirsch's, and I'm glad I did! I worked with Billy, Alyssa and Clayton and my experience was excellent - the team was efficient, respected my time, and were very fair and honest throughout the entire transaction process. I found the perfect brand new Jeep that checked off all the boxes at a better rate than their competitors. They offered more than I anticipated for my vehicle and earned my trust and loyalty. If I could give them a 6 out of 5, I would!

Bad diagnosis of part failure.I had a warning message indicating def system failure. I was told def pump needs replacing(a VERY expensive part). Got the part replaced, was told everything is good and I can come pick up the car. Not one week of driving, the same message pop up "def system failure" I bring the car back and now was told def heater wire burnt out which was way less expensive then the def pump. Could that have been the original issue maybe but no one seem to have check this before suggesting the def pump. This might have been the root cause of def error message but now we will never know. Very poor diagnosis skill and very poor customer service skill. We shouldn't have to pay for your guys errors on finding out what the problem is. If I have wanted to replace parts until it works I could have done that myself but instead I was very stupid to bring the car to you guys, which are supposed "professional" and paid you guys to replace parts until it was fixed. This is not the first time you guys have let us down. I will not bring my car in anymore nor will I have nice thing to say about cambridge motors mechanics or customers service. Rating you guys a 0 out of 5 stars will not do justice for the service we have had with cambridge motor. I hope this review get people fired that how bad the service was. Never will I say I got good service there nor will I tell anyone to go there. Cambridge motor is straight garbage.

As always Cambridge Motors did a great job. I am really really thankful for the mechanic. He was able to figure out and reprogram, so the liftgate works properly....I suspect he worked through his lunch break, and I truly appreciate his hard work.

Took two days off work so I could get tires changed. Picking up the van, some tech giving me attitude about needing my work van. He says I could of just picked up my tools... I said what! I told him I could have brought my. An to discount tire and they would be done in two hours and they have bF Goodrich on hand. I use to like your shop, that has changed.

Kenneth was very friendly and professional. He insured that I fully understood the service that was being provided and explained necessary parts and labor required to insure that my vehicle would continue to provide safe and reliable transportation. Also all service were completely in a very timely manner. I know that I received value for the money I spent. I am overall delighted with my customer experience at this dealership. Thank you.
