Went for 12yrs and after the last experience I won't return. Preparer kept asking for help, no one stayed to assist, was amazed this late in season the preparers lack of skill and products they offer, no summary afterwards, etc. I know we all are beginners but it took a lot to not say that was a BAD representation!

5 for being super fast (Alissa)Although the client computer didn't work so I can see on my side Alissa was very generous and adjusted her computer well enough for me to see on the other side very thoughtful of her. I put my trust on H and R block for many years never had an issue? I walked out with an Emerald Card and got some funds approved same day! Thank you! StaffI recommend you to Come and get your taxes prepared with H and R Block!

Don't go here. overpriced. They constantly lie about how much it's going to cost. Randomly they called me to come in and pay $50 to receive $500 I've never had them ever call me to do this before. So when I try to call them back on it and have them return a call as to where my money is they will not respond to me. I came into the Cambridge office for this. I will never use the h&r block again in my life.

We always have a great visit when we go to the Cambridge office. Nicole has such a fun personality and she is efficient and thorough when she prepares our taxes. We won't go to any other H&R office!
