Skyler at the customer service counter rocks. Extra little things like grabbing a coupon and getting a rebate slip. Kind of service that leaves you with a good feeling and makes you want to come back.

Had a Columbia women's jacket for over 15 years that I originally bought from Fleet Farm. Time for new so dropped in FF again and found an almost identical Columgia jacket! Thank you! I'm thrilled and happened to be wearing the jacket when I received this text! How ironic is that?

Poor Unfriendly Service at Auto Center. Paid for full all four wheel balance. As long as they had all tires off I asked if they could rotate tires front to back. NO WAY would they do that unless paying for a rotation fee. It would have taken no more effort to do this for me.
Update: I called the number they put in the response and never received a call back. Fleet Farm could care less.

This is the worst fleet farm ever every time we go there we r just disappointed. They never have anything shoes in any sizes, the car wash didn't have soap in it and we went thur 3 times. And to make it worse the cashier at the gas station was a 16 yes old baby who couldn't sell the cigarettes. This shouldn't even be open how can fleet farm even call this their store. Wow and the vacuum's dont work either... well I shouldn't expect anything but that from this horrible excuse for a store. WOW

Bought a pellet gun from this location took it home and first shot I tried to shoot jammed into the barrel, I unjammed it and tried to return it to the store with my receipt the next day. Unknown to me, there is a yellow slip in the box that says I cannot return to the store so long story short, this store has zero accountability for selling junk . I won't be shopping here anymore.

My husband bought a pair of Carhartt work boots that he wore for half a day. He hadn't tried that brand and normally gets CAT brand. They didn't fit him right, so he needed to return them and find a new pair. He got a little dirt on the bottoms, but everything else looked perfect. The old lady at the counter told him that he couldn't return them because they had "clearly been worn a lot", basically calling him a liar with our kids watching. I can 100% say that he was not lying since from the first day he wore them and they didnt work, he's been wearing different shoes and they've been sitting in our entry to return. Apparently the dirt wasn't the issue but she thought the leather looked too worn. The style of the shoe was a worn leather look!! Work boots are spendy and we can't afford to waste our money on a pair that won't work. We will take our business elsewhere every chance we get.
