When they are open, friendly staff, good prices, wide variety. Very disappointing to arrive during posted hours to find lights on and door locked. No note to explain why or when an employee will be back. Just a sign that reads, "Open every day from 8:00 AM To 10:00 PM" You could have written anything you want on that sign, but you chose to write that. Together with the other good things about this store, I need it to be reliable. It has happened often enough that it's no longer my first choice for a quick trip.
