I will never go there again. A certain hard to obtain prescription is being hoarded for current customers. I was told they would not share, and they didn't want any new customers.

On November 21 I called Cub to see if my meds. We're ready to pick up he said will not be ready until tomorrow. I explained the doctor was going to call so I could get them today. He said no tomorrow. I tried to explain again but by that time I was getting upset with him about this because he was insinuating I was lieing about it. Ok than I tried to get a hold of the doctor and explain what is going on. Was late in day so hit in miss on this. Ok so had another doctor appointment on November 22 the doctor call another prescription in for me. So I went to Cub to get it oh boy here we go again . I put a few bags on the table he said it will be 10 minutes ok no problem. I asked if I could leave them there, he said no. So I put them back in my cart and the drugest felt I was mad about waiting 10 minutes. Oh no I was up set he had the nerve to treat me so crazy he insinuated that I was lying. Well he went off on me raising his voice and told me to go else were sence I said Walgreens fills meds in 10 minutes not just you. Than I said maybe I will he said wish you would. Well I don't think I will go back there. Don't know his name but he has dark hair and where's glasses. Plus he told me don't you ever talk bad to me or my staff again. Maybe you should practice what you preach. I have gone to Cub for years. The drugest was doing all the yelling not me.

I just wanna give a huge thank you to Matt and Bryant for always being so helpful. Matt actually went and grabbed me an ice pack and some Tylenol when I pulled through the drive through as well as giving me my prescription with a smile after one hell of a week. 2 surgeries in the span of a week and they are always top notch getting my meds ready. Thanks guys

My son finally got released from the hospital (North Memorial) after having major surgery and we (My son and myself, his Mom) stopped at this Cub location to pick up all the prescriptions needed.We never said a word to Elizabeth (the Tech) but at one point with all the waiting and back and forth we started to really feel that the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing…not trained properly. (We’d been waiting for over 30 minutes).The pharmacist finally came to the window and I said “if we could get someone that knows what they’re doing that would be great”.Again, neither myself or my son had said anything prior to this point. The pharmacist (Matt) flew off the handle yelling at me. Totally uncalled for! I was ? serious about wanting better help! I wish I could’ve recorded how he yelled at me.You don’t raise your voice like that towards a customer!I ended up paying for the full prescriptions and we left. Within 30 minutes after arriving at my son’s house in Cambridge, Matt called my son and told him that he figured it out and they owed us $19.The moral of the story is… this could’ve been handled way better and while we were there if the staff was trained properly.“How about saying, could you park for a little bit and we’ll figure it out”?I don’t live in Cambridge, I live in the cities and have never encountered a situation like this in my entire life.So unprofessional.We also called the hospital after this incident as we even used an expired insurance card there and guess what, they had no issues figuring things out!They need some serious training at this Cub location! ?

Today I give it a one star!The Pharmacist named Margaret that was on, Was very impersonable, Not very nice not really rude but very short coming, with questions and answers, I will go back when Bryant or Matt is there to get my medicine.

I will absolutely positively never bring my business here again. I've been going there with my family for years and it has continously gone down hill. The lack of customer compassion the pharmacist and the techs have is pitiful. From mislabeled prescriptions to losing customer information. The list goes on of all the bad things that have happened. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want an example of how a business SHOULDNT be run.

I love Cub Pharmacy. Pharmacists and staff are friendly and courteous. Whenever I have questions or concerns they are willing to go the extra mile to help. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
