Had my windshield replaced today at Star Quality Glass and the experience was excellent. They don’t offer mobile service, but scheduling an appointment was easy and the entire job was finished in just a few hours. I have a newer vehicle with all the sensors and safety features, and everything works perfectly after the install. Zero complaints. 10/10 would recommend.”

“My vehicle is still currently in the shop for repair. However, I am so incredibly grateful for Cambridge Collision! They noticed that there was another issue outside of the scope of work/insurance coverage for the reason it’s in the shop currently. They called and let me know of the issue. That the labor associated with fixing the issue by taking everything apart as it is already sitting currently would be the same. That instead of having the duct taped together part going out later down the road and having to spend over $1100 for parts and labor that they have access to it now with the insurance coverage for the main incident and it would be less than $500 to fix it. I highly recommend Cambridge Collision. They aren’t just in to fix what is in the scope of work and not pay attention to anything else. They are so thorough and keep their customers’ pocket books prioritized! They have kept me informed every step of the way! 5 stars isn’t even enough for how impressed I am with their customer service!”
