There needs to be more than five stars here.The customer service that we received during our visit was off the charts. I was literally blown away. I was so impressed that I had to make time to call the store the next day, ask for a manager, and thank them for their time and service in helping us.Mia was the person that helped my family upgrade all of our devices. She was exceptionally knowledgable, professional and kind. As she sat with us, she helped us find the best solution, answered all of our questions and got us to where we needed to be.During our visit, there was an issue with the upgrade process that was unexpected. Mia diagnosed it and gave us options. And then worked through the issue from start to finish. I saw also that she was reaching out to others as well, all the way up to a district manager, and her supervisor to solve the issue and get insight. The teamwork was inspiring to see.My family is spread out across the country and when it really mattered, these are the folks that delivered. I can't say thank you enough.Your staff are incredible. I can't underscore that enough. Give me a highlighter, and let me highlight, underline, circle that paragraph and call attention to that.You've earned our business, our trust, and our appreciation.Thank you again.

I'm only giving 5 stars solely because of Mia. Hands down, the BEST store associative I have ever dealt with out of all the retail stores I have gone to. I will return and only use this store for all upgrades or issues I may have as long as I can work with Mia.

Very disappointed. I went in to upgrade my phone and was told it would be delivered the next day. Now it is showing it will not be delivered for 3 weeks and on top of that, they ordered the wrong phone after I had selected what I wanted. They also told me they were upgrading my phone plan to a better, less expensive plan and it is more expensive than my old plan. I called in to try and fix this and they stated they could not do anything. Called the customer service line and she specifically said, “I am so sorry, the really screwed you over.”

Just walked in to spend $1000 on the new iPhone at the Cambridge AT&T store (work gave me a $1000 allowance to buy a new phone) and was told that he didn't have time to help me before the store closed in 25 minutes. Told me to come back tomorrow. I don't live in the area, happened to be driving through. Guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Mia was the Representative that helped us on Saturday September 23rd. She was very helpful and calm during the entire 2.5 hours that we were there. Dealing with all the issues and explaining all of the changes and updates for both my husband and my phones. We will definitely go back to the Cambrige Store again and use Mia's service's again.

The very best store I have ever been to! The staff is incredible! Nicole, Kody, & Christian are just the best!Between the 3 of them it feels like they know everything.The store is all pimped out in gold for childhood cancer awareness and its beautiful.

Employee told me that if I preordered the new iPhone 15 I would get it on the 22nd of September and now that I can see it’s tracking information it says it is supposed to ship on October 16th. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and lies I was told straight to my face. I have called and was put on hold for over a half an hour just for no one to pick up the phone. The only reason I am giving a 1 star review is because I simply cannot put zero stars.

We tried to port my TMobile iPhone to my boyfriends' AT&T business plan. From the start of our experience, we had nothing but problems. Now, almost a month later, we found out they entered my TMobile account number wrong, and we're having to get all that information again so it can be properly ported. The guys who work at this location are very lackadaisical about customer service and are not at all helpful. It's quite obvious that customer service is not something they're concerned with. To say the least, I'll be driving down to Blaine next time I need to go to an AT&T store.

Great service. The Store manager Christain has helped with several purchases and upgrades. He k ows his stuff and has a fun attitude. Mia helped with my latest upgrade and did a great job as well.
