The lady working the registration desk in clinic D at 3pm on Monday April 17th was rude, informal, uninformative, and short with me. If this hospital practices AIDET, then this employee's performance needs to be addressed.I also feel like my condition was not addressed by Dr.Mork at all. This is now the 2nd time with 2 separate conditions where the same doctor has ignored the reason I came in, only to pressure me to get extra vaccines and physicals.Dr.Mork, I'm very sorry that your neighbor's uncle's sister-in-law's nephew died of the swine flu, but that's not why I'm here.

Haven't always had the most positive experiences but I was in the ER a few days ago- felt the most safe that I've ever felt. Every hospital staff member that I interacted with treated me with empathy and dignity, they were quick and efficient, kind and listened to my concerns. I left feeling much better with a plan of action and a way to move forward. Thank you for making a scary situation much better and lessening some of the fears associated with hospital trips.

I have been going to this clinic for over 40 years. I called my pharmacy for a med refill they said they'd send it in forms doc to fill. It was due to be refilled 5 days ago! Now they want to charge up to 50.00 to send a rx refill to your Dr. I am fighting g a fatal disease. This clinic is totally disrespectful of its patients. I am still waiting for a return message. If I have to pay to get a message to my Dr I would expect a timely answer. It doesnt take a rocket scientist as to why this clinic is losing patientstothiestablishment is losing patients due to its neglyears

My 5 year old son was brought in tonight because his breathing was off. They took his o2 levels when he got there and it was at 91%. They waited 3 hours and a phone call from an extremely angry mother to put him on o2 and get him into a room. The emergency room is awful and has been for years. I love the clinic and his pediatrician, it's a shame I can't say the same about ER staff

My primary physician in a different network urged me to go to the ER for abdominal pain. From check in to discharge every employee I encountered was kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Many of them were even fun and it helped ease the anxiety of my first hospital stay AND first surgery so much. All of the nurses and assistants who cared for me in my overnight room were so sweet. The RNs who wheeled me down to surgical prep, the anesthesiology team, and surgeon were all so excellent and I'm so grateful for the compassion they showed me as I sat there scared about surgery.

Front reception personnel seemed to enjoy making as long and drawn out miserable experience as possible. They were taking 10 minutes per person. Checking all information they already have. Very condescending. I will never come back here. It seems as though many Dr’s are moving here at least some days per week. The Dr’s may want to reconsider this. This place was a nightmare from walking in to leaving!After posting this the nightmare continues. I was early for my appointment.my mistake. I asked if I could come back at the appointment time the reception person said oh no we can get you in. Now my appointment for Dr.Kabie is now 20 minutes late. So I have been in the waiting room for 1hour and 10 minutes now. They tel me they are behind because of an emergency I understand. But why did they tell me to wait then. So inconsiderate I could have done many things in this time. I would leave but I have been waiting for this appointment for 2 months.I really want to see Dr. kabie he is so good. But 5 more minutes and I’m leaving. The staff in waiting areas are terrible.DON’T COME HERE!!!!! My first and last visit to Cambridge Alina!!!

I got one always have a positive experience with Alina clinic in Cambridge medical center they always take the time for me to listen about my needs and I have good experience with all the doctor and nurses who work with me always positive atmosphere thank you all at Cambridge medical center ?????

Rosa the nurse was nothing short of spectacular. Quality leadership! Always on the ball making sure he was doing the best he possibly could be and whenHe was having issues she was quick to take action and get him to calm down and breath . She was open to explaining what's going on with my uncle Gary during these hard times and what we need to watch for and help him get through this tough time and coach him on what he should be doing. I honestly have never met a nurse that made me feel like we were in such good hands. Thankyou Rosa for being a Rockstar and doing a awesome job at keeping things calm when things when they went awry for him.

I set an appointment but when I called to verify it was not on the schedule. When I tried to reset the appointment I was rudely helped and then hung up on.

The Dr. Lied, He told my wife to come in for a procedure in the emergency room and when she got there they said we don't do those procedures here, stay here for 3 nights and we will transfer you to a better Hospital. Dirty emergency rooms and bad nurses because they refused to clean up the toilets with feces on them. If you are a Allina member, go directly to Mercy Hospital, much better care. ZERO stars!!!!! If I could give them that.

Wish I could give zero stars. TRASH place. They would not make me a an appointment for injured ribs. Actually tried to send me away. Was told by one person there are no appts, and another somehow found me an appt but then they called back and told I can’t be seen at the regular clinic. Had to get clearance from a supervisor just to be seen at the regular clinic vs. the ER.
