Had a bad first experience with hair at this salon after the lady effed up my bleach a few years back. But decided to give them a try again for lashes. Big mistake. 60 dollars down the drain for no difference to my lashes after a lift which was painful. The lady was burning my skin off with a gobs of glue and was trying to scrape it off afterwards which left my skin irritated. Got to my car to see she didn’t even remove the glue fully and had to peel it off around my eyes- it looked like I had a sinus infection because my eyes were so crusty.Not to mention the non existent customer service. She cut my hair and one side was longer than the other. When I went back the next day to have it fixed. The girl at the desk said "I would have to come back later in the week because she was busy and didn't have time".

My friend and I were supposed to have a consultation to get our hair done (color and extensions plus lashes). My friend was told just be there by 2:30. We walk in at 2:20 to be greeted by a worker doing someone's hair who very rudely asks what we were there for. We tell her and she says "oh she went home it's past 2:30". I look at my phone and verify it is 2:20. With how rude this woman was, I'm glad the consultation did not happen. If one person working there is that rude, it gives the impression everyone will be. I don't want to sit for someone to do my hair just for them to be rude the entire time. Being rude to potential customers (who would be spending a lot of money especially) is not a good way to do business!

I had thought I scheduled for 3 appointments for my mom, daughter, and myself 3 weeks in advance. Got there at the time I was told. Come to find out they didn't have us scheduled. The lady's were great at fitting us in working around other clients. Had a good day over all. Lil pricy, overall the ladies did a good job on all 3 of us. Very friendly atmosphere.

Ashley Schaefer does awesome and always manages to work me and my daughter in even on fairly short notice. We both have very short hair so it don't take her long but it's still nice that she goes above and beyond always for us! Not too mention she does a great job! We have fun funky hair and she nails it!

As a hairstylist of 50 years experience, reading some of these reviews , I would highly recommend the owner do some revamping of her salon. I would highly suggest some extra training. I have been a trainer in my career, and it is very helpful. This salon would highly benefit from training in haircutting and customer service. I have kept many clients for 40 years plus, because of my expertise and great customer service.

Had an appointment today at 1015. The stylist called me over 15 minutes after my scheduled time. She asked me what I wanted and then quickly washed my hair. I was in her chair all of 20 minutes. She didn't ask me how I liked my cut or if I wanted to change anything. I couldn't believe she was done when she pulled the cape off me. She clearly squeezed me in while she was coloring someone else's hair. It felt like I was a burden to her and she just wanted to do the quickest job she could. The cut is okay but it's something I could have gotten at Great Clips for half the price. This salon is not very welcoming. I won't be returning when I need another cut in a few weeks because she clearly did not trim everything that needed to be taken off.
