We brought our vehicle to them after an accident to repair… being in an accident can be just a little stressful but they were so kind and communicated well with us (significantly better than our insurance company communicated with us!) I had to go back a few times to get things out of the vehicle and they were always helpful and nice! We hope not to need them, but if we do, we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing customer service! Very friendly! I had some loose plastic pieces under bumper and by my tire and wheel well. I could not drive my vehicle due to the tire rubbing. I came in for an estimate to have this fixed. It was a quick 10 minute fix. (I had no idea this would be so quick). Instead of having me come back and make an appointment Darrin fixed it o the spot. He told me to try this and see if it fixes the problem. If not come back and see him. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He would not let me pay for the service. I tried but he said no charge. His kindness was a true blessing to me in my life. I would highly recommend them and I say this very sincerely. When I have this kind of customer service I know this place has high integrity and that is what one wants when they need a body shop. A+++++

Straight forward- Simple- Affordable. I am so happy I found them after moving to Byron. I can do some of my own car repair but was having some oil pan issues that I wasn’t comfortable doing on my own. They had it in and out, same day. I appreciate having a quality repair shop so close to home. Thanks!!
