This Anytime Fitness is a fantastic gym! The staff is consistently friendly and incredibly helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. Plus, the equipment is always kept in top-notch condition and is always clean. It’s a great place to work out and stay motivated.

Had a great workout. Machines were not too busy. Establishment is clean and very well kept. Restrooms are always clean and have showers. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent facility with kind staff. They have a ton of equipment in great quality with a whole area for CrossFit training. Very clean gym. They have many group workout classes each week and trainers available to help out. Special shout-out to the manager for being kind, accommodating and welcoming. Superb place and one of the best gyms in Rochester.I highly recommend this gym.

Anytime Fitness is a great place for training. Coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly, and are great at providing the right amount of encouragement regardless of your Fitness level. It is definitely a comfortable overall atmosphere that people can show up and work out without feeling like you have to be in exceptional shape.The equipment is clean and well maintained, and there is a great assortment of machines and other tools.Anytime Fitness also has an app that you can communicate with your trainer and they can provide workout plans and other ideas to help you reach your goals.

This has to be the best gym in Minnesota..it caters to both the serious fitness warrior as well as new beginners. All the staff have the right combination of friendliness, knowledge and professionalism which make this a 5 star gym. Zach the regional manager oversees everything and leaves no stone unturned in his approach to excellence. I've had gym memberships all over the US in the past 20 years and this is by far the best.

I have been to almost ALL Anytime Fitness locations south of the Twin Cities, and Byron is the best equipped and maintained facility in my experience.
