Wells Fargo has went down from the banks looking gloomy to the people working there I’ve gone to two Wells Fargo to open a business account and each time they told me I need this and that and wasted my time and money when I have everything on paper! this location told me that I need to type a letter myself that says the business is mine and to pretty much show proof that it belongs to me when the other Wells Fargo never told me anything about that or brought it up! once again everything I brought in says it on there and I even have the certificate that showed them but still nothing. poor service and need to educate themselves better with opening business accounts.

They do not answer the phone and there is no option to be on hold for longer than like a minute? Also can't leave a voicemail or anything so not sure how I am supposed to get ahold of them...

I have to bank here often. If it was my choice I wouldn't bank here at all. Most times I come in as they open. They only have one teller most of the time even on busy mondays and Saturdays. Staff is usually pretty nice is why I gave it 2 stars. I can see the frustration in people when sitting and waiting in line. I expect more from wells fargo.

Super rude and lazy employees. I do business lane and every time they give me my change wrong or they never give me my correct receipts. when I do deposits they complain asking “do you need this right now” try to tell me to do night deposit like it’s your job. Then one time I went inside and they had me sit down and I hear the employees talking about them shoplifting like that is so unprofessional. I only go here because I have to but these people need to be fired.

There’s a reason they have such a low ⭐️ rating. Because the staff is rude, not efficient at all, an they don’t know how to answer the phones. Who ever the branch manager is needs to go. This location is an embarrassment one of the worst in Minnesota.

Boulos Bittar is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONALI set up an appointment to see business banker at this location.I was seen by a banker named Boulos Bittar. He had attitude and did not make any attempt to help or answer any of my business account questions. I have wasted 1 hour at this branch.I have been banking with Wells Fargo for almost 2 Decades, and my experience with this branch made me to take my business elsewhere.

Last two times I've been here, the line for the drive thru has been has been over a 30 min wait and the ATM won't take my check. Very frustrating when you're trying to simply cash a check. Not good customer service!

Before I start, you can look and see that 95% of my reviews are positive. I'll no longer do business with Wells Fargo. I'm in the process of cancelling all my direct pay from this account. About a month ago I have problems with my debit card being hacked, Wells Fargo was looking into it and eventually settled everything. Last night I went there and I was told I couldn't deposit a check that was only $3,000 because the check was bigger than my average deposit. I wasn't trying to cash a check I was trying to deposit it and I was willing to wait for however long it took to clear. They told me I couldn't do it because my account was less than a year old, but in reality I've been with Wells Fargo for almost 4 years. I hope a general manager reads this message and reaches out to me. I opened up a new account last night and deposited the same check and it's available to take out the funds today. Every time I go there I feel like because of my name I'm treated a little different. The people communicate into me was very rude. Anyone from Wells Fargo that disputes my claims, I can post the deposit attempt, and then I can pose the deposit I made with the new bank with the same check. I guarantee I will get no call back. There's a reason this particular location is a 1.9 rating on Google

Can't deposit money into my father's account without him present they said after waiting 10 min in the drive through. But then I went online and sent it to his account without him or an uninformed banker, that worked just fine. Stop being so inconsistent and inconvenient. Maybe you'll get better reviews. I'm reading the other reviews and it shows what they stand for. Close this branch and just put up ATMs. Or put this worthless branch in the Burnsville Mall ?It's where is belongs

Get your act together. Little to no help with paperwork on their side.They were not able to provide my father the help he needed, and continue to defer their problems elsewhere. I'm working on measures to leave this bank permanently.

Looking at some of the reviews are shocking. I personally love this branch. Although sometimes theres a bit of a wait. It's always seemed like it's the customer base slowing this drive through down.. not the staff. Everyone is always super super helpful and they always have bright and smiling faces with every guest. Love this branch because they always will go above and beyond for you.

I’m always so disappointed coming here. Bankers and other workers are always trying to get rid of you saying to call, go to drive thru or do anything but meet with a person!
