Went to this dealership with a friend who is without a car and is currently interested in a Nissan. I drive a competitor electric vehicle and plugged into their level 2 charger (provides up to $0.79 of electricity in one hour of being plugged in $0.12/ KwH at 6.6kW being delivered in an hour time) and was told I need to unplug and move if I want to shop there. I informed the sales person that we were wanting to look at and purchase a Nissan and they stated “per the manager, that doesn’t matter” we are no longer interested in Nissan based off this one location and the experience.

Excellent friendly staff who actually greet you and give you the time of day. Who ever the general manager is. You need to take note at how good your staff is and appreciate them daily! I will be back

I bought my Nissan Altima from here a few months ago and the service was a 10/10. They walked me through all of the warranties and I was in and out of there in an hour.
I went to get an oil change today by a near by mechanic when he told me that my axle seal was leaking and needed to be replaced. I had only today off of work and no other way to get to work. When I told the service counter staff they were very sympathetic and told me that they would try hard to get my car serviced today because I was unable to rent a car due to me being under 21. They did end up finding time for me to get it serviced. I am extremely pleased with the staff at Walser Nissan Burnsville.
Thank you for all that you do!

I filled out paperwork to but a car on Saturday. No one else was looking at the car. My calls and emails were returned immediately….until they sold the car and didn’t bother to tell me. Justin, Ben, and Laura. NO INTEGRITY. Do not trust this place. I emailed their boss but with no response. DO NOT BUY HERE! O not a 1

I was looking a good used vehicle and I looked everywhere, I decided to try walser Nissan in Burnsville and I was so happy and pleased on the service I got. Lawrence was amazing to work with and he went above and beyond to help me and get me the best trade in value and out of pocket down payment. It kept in touch with him through email and responded very quick. I appreciate everything he did and when I am ready( not for a very long time) I will definitely be going to see them again in my next vehicle purchase.

I went in to test drive a vehicle as I was switching careers and required a vehicle. Narin greeted me right away and was knowledgeable and courteous the whole time. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership but Marin’s customer service was beyond helpful. I 100% recommend shopping at Walser Nissan and 110% recommend Narin!

Update July 15, 2024: It has been six days since I posted this review and I still have not received any communication from the management of this Walser Nissan Burnsville. The evening I posted the original review (July 9th) I received an email from the vice president of dealership operations who asked for my availability to speak on the phone the following day. I gave my number and availability and did not hear back. It has been six days now with no update.
I understand these kinds of situations can take time to resolve, but the lack of communication certainly adds to the frustration.
July 9, 2024: I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from Walser Nissan Burnsville. The first night I had it, I noticed the heat was blowing cold air. I brought it back in the following day, and was told the AC mixer door needed to be replaced. They replaced it, but during the replacement, broke a component of the brakes. They replaced that too, and I was on my way.
A few days later, my family and I noticed sloshing sounds when turning the car off. Brought it back to the dealership and they found that the head gasket was broken and needed replacement as well. They said this was the real reason for the heater blowing cold air too. Ford told the Nissan techs that the entire engine would need to be replaced in order to address the head gasket, which they did, and I am grateful for that, given that I'd had the car for less than two weeks at this point.
The engine replacement took weeks, which might be normal, but it resulted in the warranty expiring while the vehicle was still being repaired.
Now the vehicle has a problem with the Electric Power Assist Steering (EPAS) system, and Walser is refusing to offer any vehicle exchange, return, or repair.
I purchased from Walser because of their stellar reputation, and because it was my understanding that all of their cars undergo inspection prior to sale, though it appears that did not happen to the car I purchased. I am now stuck with a car that is, according to Walser Service techs, "unsafe" to drive, and a dealership that is refusing any kind of compromise.
The reason I'm giving this two stars instead of the minimum is because the service tech I have worked with, Frank, has been awesome throughout all of this, even offering to discuss this with the general manager to see what kind of resolution they could offer given how recent the purchase was and how many times the vehicle required repair from the time of purchase (unfortunately, the GM offered none).
This is so disappointing after all the good reviews I've seen. I am posting this with the hope that the dealership will step up and take ownership here, and come to a compromise with me to resolve this as I clearly was sold a lemon, and haven't even had the car in my possession for the majority of the warranty time frame. I remain hopeful that the dealership will put action behind their reputation and give me a reason to update this review, because right now I cannot in good conscience recommend purchasing a used vehicle from Walser Nissan Burnsville.

I received a phone call from Olivia about coming in to test drive some vehicles to trade in my current pathfinder. We talked numbers over the phone and via text and determined what she had was in my range for monthly budget. We scheduled an appointment, test drove the new pathfinder, and the sales manager was great about giving me a more than fair offer for my trade in. Once Olivia started punching in the numbers for the lease, she had completely underestimated the payment by more than HALF of the actual lease price! I never would have wasted my time if she had been up front and honest about the numbers. This was a complete waste of time and effort. I left that place in tears for how emotionally invested I was for the chance at getting a new vehicle today when I was completely misled.

Scammed me with selling me a car with severe problems. I had to threaten the manager to sue him for selling me a car that was obviously not properly checked by their 100 point inspection.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone horrible place was completely ignored by the person that sold me the car and the manager didn’t care to helped and blamed me for the issues on the car.
They eventually paid for the broken control arm after being threatened on getting sued.

Went into this dealer and was wanting to buy a 2020 RAV4 LE with 81k miles for $21,500. We tried to negotiate with him about the price but no budging at all, and was also wanting to put 17k down for a lower interest rate, but all they had was 10 APR so I walked out. There financing was terrible and so is there negotiating practices. If you’re looking to get a great deal on a car, this place is not that. I would take my business somewhere else.

Changing from a 5 star 8 yrs ago to a 1. I have had 6 leased cars with this specific dealership so been a customer over 15 yrs. I have a 2022 Pathfinder that has already had problems. My most recent problem is my AC does not work. I brought it in and they told me there is a leak and they don't have the parts and don't have an ETA as to when they will be in. He said it could be 2 weeks or 2 months!!! It's summer and going to be very hot. I'm one of those people who get over heated fast. I can't go without my AC that long. I tried to call and make an appt with the GM who i believe is Dan Resch. I never heard back from him. I pay a lot of money each month to have a car that is in workable condition. I'm going to find a different service department and unfortunately probably won't get a Nissan especially at Burnsville Walser Nissan. Horrible customer service.
