Got my 3rd car so far with Walser Mazda, worked with Jack Michaelson. He is very efficient, quick and gets the job done. He knows cars very well and takes the extra mile to make sure customers get what they need. I recommend Walser Mazda and working with Jack.

WOULD NOT COME BACK AFTER BUYING FROM WALSER WHITE BEAR LAKE FOR 2 WORK TRUCKS WITHIN THE SAME YEAR.
Burnsville Mazda - lacks customer focus and service.
I let couple weeks pass to see if my sales guy would get back to me on some items after buying the car. Nothing. Just ignored it as today I went in to grab the plates, he was still working there.
Had to move to a different sales person a couple weeks after initial visit as the first guy seemed anouyed after 15 min it took to show me a couple used cars. Second agent wanted to do a FULL CREDIT REPORT for a car I was paying cash for?!?!? WITH a Bank wire transfer and not get the car 5 days later as discussed.
The day I bought the car, they lowered the price online $300.00 before I left the lot. But, the agent didn't care and ignored the question when I reached out.

Horrendous experience. I went to Walser Mazda to look at a car I was greatly interested in. I did not expect to be so disappointed in my experience. The sales representative, Bilal was very unhelpful and aggressive with trying to sell me on things I repeatedly said no to. When I first arrived there to test drive the car, he gave me the keys, did not tell me any of the features of the car, and told me to just go test drive it for however long.
I came back, we sat down, and he still did not give us the time of day. He got up multiple times throughout the visit to go assist other customers. He was very condescending to me and the other two people I had brought with. When I had asked about the low tread on the tires to replace, he was insistent that they were at a passable level for selling a car. The two front tires were newer and a different brand than the rear tires. We had mentioned that and he said that they were at the required tread to sell a car. At the end, he was insistent on selling me a warranty even though I had said no repeatedly, and told him up front I did not want one. He also added the car trade to my agreement even though I had told him I won’t be accepting the trade offer. After that he was pressuring me to sign a document for e signature without letting me read it first which also had mistakes on it, including having me try to sign a lease agreement (Though I was wanting to purchase the car instead of lease the car). Overall, his general demeanor was dismissive and disengaged. It felt like we were an inconvenience to him.

The buying process was good but they didn't tell me the heated seats didn’t work every since I got the car they haven’t worked at all and this is upsetting and I’ve told them about it and they didn’t believe me and he said he would reach out to someone on his team and never called me back or anything so this is not right makes me want to take the car back after you buy a. first issue is their salesmen work 4 day work weeks but when they contact you they don't say anything about not contacting you back for 2 days....then i came here with my own financing, with an agreed upon purchase agreement, check in hand from my CU and then today i noticed they did a hard pull on my credit anyway! so irritating. They can verify identity without pull my credit! now i have an additional hard inquiry on my credit for absolutely no reason! so exciting, not.
