Destiny was great to work with, very knowledgeable and a real person. She didn't push us into buying but instead let us make the decision and helped by answering all questions about the vehicle and Walser. I will go back when looking for another car.

Absolute worst car buying experience of my life. Co-sign a loan for my son, in April. Some how they lose all the paperwork saying it was a computer issue. I work 3rd shift, so just before the 1st payment, I get awoke saying I need to sign again. So I stay calm and do as asked. My son moves out of state thinking they did their jobs and to find out the job verification wasn't good enough the bank refused the loan. So on a Wednesday August 14 they call my son and say it needs to be brought back or they will come and get at our expense. They cash my check for down payment then threaten my son 10 hours away. I understand things happen but here is what is happening all over this country and large business. They have an issue they just hand the problem to the next guy on the ladder. Took my son 2 months to find a good deal and 3 months of headaches ? I will never deal with this company again

I had a wonderful experience with my first time leasing here! Destiny was the best sales gal and worked with me so well and to get everything where I wanted it to be! She was patient, kind, and super knowledgeable. Make sure to ask for her when you get there—truly a pleasant experience! 10/10 would recommend!

If I could I would make it zero brought my car in everything was normal it's when I picked it up I had the problem they manage to loose one of my 2 keys and locked the other one in the car somehow I'm at a loss for words I wasn't discounted I was told I could wait more time than I already waited which I sat there for 20 mins or I can come back to get a second key no discount no free oil change for their dumb mistake I'm terribly disappointed in this whole ordeal

Bought a Honda Passport Elite today at the Burnsville store. Sam was our customer specialist and we cannot say enough good things about our experience with him. Joe was great, too! Probably the best experience we’ve had buying a new vehicle. Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking at buying at Walser’s.

Great experience with Chad Ellis (Customer Specialist) at Walser Honda in Burnsville. He got us into the CR-V we wanted and helped us through a few hiccups (our fault) we encountered during the financing process. I highly recommend Walser Honda in Burnsville!

Purchased a car from this dealership and was very impressed with the attentiveness and approach the sales person, Phil Meleshko, provided. The process of buying a car can be painful and frustrating. Phil and the staff at Walzer Honda made the process fairly seamless for us. Would highly recommend them for future automobile transactions.

My sister and I like to come to Walden Honda in Burnsville because every time we go there we come out really happy not because we got a car it’s because Jordan Johnson did her best on getting are car that we wanted and she is always friendly and we like that. Everyone there are really friendly, they opened the door for us and they always greet us when we coming And I love it. They do there best to make there customer satisfied. :)

Made an appointment for 10 AM today. Checked in exactly at 10 am. Waited for 30 minutes, no one came to see me. So walked out.
