This Walmart thinks it's a Target store and I'm ok with that. It's unusually clean and well organized for the most part. Employees are almost non existent which is ok if you like to live dangerously and climb on the shelves to reach merchandise that is stacked way up to the ceiling. On that note, this store does have a lot of inventory, so there is always a good selection. My biggest complaint is that it's hard to get to and from there using the freeway.

Hopefully as they reset the merchandise throughout the store, it will be better and easier to shop. This Walmart is a hit or miss store. If you’re lucky and the employees have put out the freight then you'll have a nice experience. If they don't and spend their day talking to each other, then the shelves will be bare and you'll wish you went somewhere else. It's as if there's no management running this store. Aisles are blocked with merchandise and nobody cares.

Worst experience ever AP or whatever his name is at self checkout. Saw me check out and the store employee at self checkout told him I’m good because all I bought was 1 thing a 20$ dartboard and asked for my receipt and I said it’s in the trash right there I threw it away. And he wanted me to go into the trash and grab it I said no u can I’m not digging in the trash after the other employee said I did purchase it. He refuses and made the other guy dig it out the trash. When he saw we purchased it he said we’re not welcome back. Straight racist. Didn’t even ask my friend who came with me for a receipt and he bought multiple things.. maybe because my friend was white

The checkout line was so long it would have been faster to raise the chickens and get eggs that way

Worst store ever! And don't try to contact the store with a question. None of the departments ( including the operator) answer the phone. They just ignore their customers.

Terrible staff, I asked a woman for help, I think it was Somalian, she ignored me and left laughing, this is the staff that Walmart has.

Shelves always bare and store is just messy and dirty. This store has really been going down hill.Trying to get through health & beauty area challenging and getting worse.More often than not, aisles crammed with restocking carts blocking items and aisles. No one is anywhere near even doing restocking.Mostly self checkout and rarely have all self checkout lanes open, was in 10 person deep line with only 8 of 14 self checkouts opened

This Walmart appeared to be poorly staffed, and shelf space was noticeably empty. Was also shocked to discover that their electrical section had been whittled down to approximately 4 ft wide, and there was no stain in the store whatsoever. Whoever's in charge of ordering and managing the store needs to get going, as they are currently not meeting the needs of their customer base.

Terrible shopping experience at Burnsville Walmart supercenter store (12200 River Ridge Blvd, Burnsville, MN 55337) today December 18, 2023.Went in to get a few products to purchase for review, and here’s what I encountered.1. Approached an associate for assistance because I don’t see the product on the shelf, she called for another help, but this “help” came over without pulling out the Walmart system device or bothering to search at all, and just said the product I’m looking for is online only. But once I pulled out my phone and searched, it’s just a few aisles down.2. At check out, the manufacturer coupons needed salaried manager approval, so the associate called for a manager. A manager named Harrison (believe that’s what he said because he didn’t wear a name badge), according to Walmart's new coupon policy, they are not able to override coupons anymore. But, he realized that the coupon value exceeds the price in Walmart, and the associate reminded him that’s over $5 in value, so technically they can?! So Harrison went ahead and overwrote it and left. But I have 2 other products with the same type of manufacturer coupon. This time when Harrison came over, with an attitude, stating that he’s not able to do it according to the new Walmart coupon policy. Then I replied, you just did one, and other stores do it without questions asked (as I came from another store, and unfortunately, only Burnsville carries these products), and he persisted in not wanting to do it. Upon request for a different manager, he continues to state he’s the highest manager on the floor (accounting manager or something) and other managers can’t/ and won’t be able to do anything other than himself. A lady manager came by, of course, once she got informed about the situation, and indeed didn't know what to do. A third manager came by named Chris, he tried to scan the coupon, read the system, read the coupons, and read the Walmart coupon policy (provided by Harrison), he understood that it’s technically not an override coupon. Yet, basically if the coupon exceeds the product value in the store, the customer can get the product for free (may be subject to tax), just the store will not give the change (price difference) to the customer.Just want to share the experience as I think store employee training is very important (including all levels within the corp) in order to provide good and logical customer service at the bare minimum.
