Typical issues of being too busy and very understaffed but communication and coordination and atrocious at this location. It took over an hour to get immunizations despite having an appointment. Staff is stressed but also highly defensive. I feel for them but overall it's a bad experience and just so inefficient.

Hours online do not match hours in store. Pharmacy closes 6pm. Inconvenient because most people are getting off work at that time. Will have to switch somewhere further away.

Pharmacy is constantly closed even when it says it’s open online. Last time I went I waited 45 minutes in line only to still have 3 cars ahead of me so I left without my prescriptions. I only come here for the location convenience but it is now becoming too much of an inconvenience to do business here. Also, the last time I was able to pick up meds I was told the med was “213” I assumed they meant $2.13. Just as he was about to run my card, I stopped him to confirm and the total was actually $213. They had run the Rx thru the wrong insurance so it’s a good thing i was watching out. Another time they actually charged someone else’s insurance for a med I picked up. This pharmacy can do SO much better

The worst location I've ever been to. Stupid hours, rude drive through window employee, always out of medication and my prescriptions are constantly delayed. Go elsewhere.

Had appointment for 4:30 and doors closed on pharmacy and was there on time. At least notify by email so don’t have to drive.

Four strikes to the pharmacy: 1) brought my mom in to pick up a scrip; was told her insurance didn't cover it (after the prescriber had verified that it did), and that was all there was to it; 2) called to verify insurance info; hung up after an hour and 10 minutes on hold; 3) tried calling again the next business day; system hung up on me after several minutes; 3a) called back; system hung up on me again -- this time after only 3-4 minutes; 4) finally got through to a real person, who told me it was the patient's responsibility to provide insurance info. (No! Really? Say it isn't so. I might just need to call to provide it. Oh, wait...) When I requested that they verify what they had on file, not only did they have the info, but it turns out that the medication IS in fact covered, though it requires prior authorization. You couldn't have told me that when I was in there three days ago???? Well, the service may be less than stellar, but at least the attitude sucks.

I'd give less if possible. I have been lied to numerous times about medication being ordered/ready for pick up only to show up and find out it wasn't ordered at all. Called to talk to a pharmacist or store manager and was hung up on twice. Save yourself a headache or 12 and go somewhere else

Pharmacy has been caught on camera miscounting my pills multiple times and shorting me. They are often out of ADHD medication for my son.They are severely understaffed and overbooked filling scripts at this location. They should send them to their nearest locations that can help take on the workload. I’d rather drive 5 miles to the next Walgreens taking an extra 10 minutes of my day than wait multiple days waiting for this location to do it. I like shopping for snacks here because it’s within walking distance to my home. However it’s much cheaper to shop at Walmart but nice that it’s a small convenient shop to pick up a couple things and I rarely have to wait in line long to check out.

We were in line & next to pick up prescriptions then when we got to the window the lady put up a sign saying that they were closing at 5pm now due to staffing shortages! This is ridiculous considering most people don’t even get off until 5pm. We will now be switching pharmacies especially since this isn’t the first time they have done this.

Needless to say, the reviews that are on here stating that the staff there is rude it’s 100% true. Told them I would pay for the prescription out of pocket. Instead, they want to sit there and argue with me. Then they want to refuse a minor child, their prescription, even though I’m trying to pay for out-of-pocket, even though the insurance covers it but they didn’t tell me that they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. So they wanted my daughter to suffer for three days and she just had surgery. Never got the pharmacist name she refused it why you might ask. I intend to be reporting the whole store to the board of pharmaceuticals because of her behavior she doesn’t have the right to refuse my daughters medication I was paying for out-of-pocket.

There are so many negative reviews for businesses out there, but this is NOT going to be one of them. My delivery order was not fully picked up by Door dash. I called the store and spoke with Alex. He went completely out of his way to bring me the three 12 packs of Diet Mountain Dew. What an asset to your company!! I can't thank him enough for going so far above and beyond for me!!!
