Got some pictures printed off, a pretty large amount and when I was finally able to sit down and look at them over half were blurry, way zoomed in etc. thinking something might be wrong with my files I went home and looked. Nope everything looked good. So I brought them in and was told that it’s just because they were poor quality files. Laughable since some printed fine and they were from the same file. So I printed off somewhere else and shockingly they were TOTALLY fine. Walgreens still refuses to refund the over $40 worth of worthless pictures

Came in a few nights ago around 8pm and it made me glad to see how hard they were working. I can see that they were trying their best to get the store cleaned up. Glad to see some real workers. They all have positive attitudes especially the guy with the face and neck tattoos, he was very helpful.

The worst service I have ever experience in a pharmacy. The pharmacy manager was rude to customers on the phone (we could all hear her conversation while sitting in the wait area). In addition, one of her staff members was just as obnoxious on the phone with customers. They were understaffed and took their frustration out on every customer who called !! This is so incredibly unprofessional. We had a pre scheduled appointment but had to wait 45 minutes for a simple flu shot.Don't bother with this pharmacy. There was an obvious reason why they consistently receive a 1 and 2 rating throughout the years. Go to the CVS right across the street at Target or the Costco Pharmacy 3 minutes away. You will save yourself a lot of time and frustration. No customer deserves to hear the horrendous and rude conversations from this Walgreen staff. Store Manager and District Manager - take all the pharmacy reviews of this store seriously before you lose your customers.

People at the pharmacy are rude as hell. Called to get my son’s prescription and they didn’t have it in stock. I asked them if they could transfer it, since that’s how it’s always been and they said any other pharmacy could just pull it up and then hung up on me .. … never been the case before and it’s always had to be transferred. I’ll never be using this pharmacy again.

You will save yourself a lot of time and don't have to hear the horrendous and rude conversations from this Walgreen staff.

I bought a $50 Target gift card at Walgreens that was not activated. It states on the receipt that the card was not activated but I did not notice it until after leaving the store. When I took the card back to Walgreens and asked to have the card activated or to issue a credit to the credit card I used they refused. I contacted the Target gift card department and was told the card was never activated and Walgreens will still not issue a credit or activate the card. Walgreens manager will not come out of the back of store to talk to me. Manager just tells the clerk to tell me there is a sign in the store stating that gift cards are not refunded.

Joe the Pharmacist, and his pharmacy staff there are the BEST!! Joe goes above and beyond, and the staff there are truly awesome!! They really are fantastic! Even though I live in Chaska, I won't go anywhere else for my meds.

First off, I have pretty good experiences with the photo lab. Second, some pharm techs seem confused on what sudafed is and isn't in its various formularies so ask to speak with pharmacist if needed. Third, I resisted buying these snacks even though I was tempted. Yay.

OMG this Walgreens is the go to place . I had never met better staff Joe and Jess were the most amazing people that I have ever encounter . They definitely change the way I view Walgreens . Please stop by that place because they fix the issue that I had with my meds very professional and amazing !!!!! 5 stars is not enough

This Walgreens pharmacist goes above and beyond personally calling back and answering questions. They were understaffed and my antibiotic wasn’t ready, but he got on the phone to explain. I appreciate the honesty and care.

Always slow and having issues with the system. They are having issues with the computer system for almost 2 years I swear.Are we living in Africa or America. ?? so weird. I normally don’t comment but if I then you need to know this is something serious bad in all aspects.

Understaffed, poorly managed, and just bad customer service. It’s common for them to send notice that a Rx is ready when it is not. They may fill one Rx and then take days to get around to filling others without explanation beyond “we haven’t gotten to it”. Their hours are more a suggestion than anything else. Drive throughs are nice - don’t get use to this one though, they close as they wish. If there are people in line in front of you and it’s getting close to closing time…yes, they will just close right in front of you. If you like a lot of uncertainty and headache in getting basic Rx’s, this is the location for you. If you just want a Rx and be on your way - go somewhere else.

My prescription was on backorder, I totally everyone is struggling with supply chain issues. But when I was trying to get help and more information, I was told “I don’t have time” and “relax, drink a cup of coffee”. I’m kinda shocked they were talking to me like this.

Called 4 days ahead waited 40 minutes to get to the fron of a two person line then got told it's another 40 minute wait to get my prescription I called ahead 4 days in advance for.

This location is awful. Have been to this Walgreens multiple times and each time the staff members have been reluctant to help us and would rather sit there and not work and talk to each other. When we finally do get help they are incredibly rude for no reason at all. Again this has happened multiple times at this location, not just once. Won't be going to this location again, will be going to CVS pharmacy from now on or a Walgreens that is further away
