The worst service I have ever experience in the pharmacy. The pharmacy manager was rude to customers on the phone (we could all hear her conversation while sitting in the wait area). In addition, one of her staff members was just as obnoxious on the phone with customers. They were understaffed and took their frustration out on every customer that called !! This is so incredibly unprofessional. We were there on a Sunday morning and waited 45 minutes for a flu shot. Don't bother with this pharmacy. There was an obvious reason why they consistently got a 1 and 2 rating throughout the years. Go to the CVS right across the street in Target or the Costco Pharmacy 3 minutes away. You will save yourself a lot of time and don't have to hear the horrendous and rude conversations from this Walgreen staff.

I bought a $50 Target gift card at Walgreens that was not activated. It states on the receipt that the card was not activated but I did not notice it until after leaving the store. When I took the card back to Walgreens and asked to have the card activated or to issue a credit to the credit card I used they refused. I contacted the Target gift card department and was told the card was never activated and Walgreens will still not issue a credit or activate the card. Walgreens manager will not come out of the back of store to talk to me. Manager just tells the clerk to tell me there is a sign in the store stating that gift cards are not refunded.

OMG this Walgreens is the go to place . I had never met better staff Joe and Jess were the most amazing people that I have ever encounter . They definitely change the way I view Walgreens . Please stop by that place because they fix the issue that I had with my meds very professional and amazing !!!!! 5 stars is not enough

Refused to take our photos and claimed they were overstaffed. While 2 workers stood by and just read magazines off the shelf. I highly recommend CVS Pharmacy photo service, they have prompt service.

Called 4 days ahead waited 40 minutes to get to the fron of a two person line then got told it's another 40 minute wait to get my prescription I called ahead 4 days in advance for.

I just moved here and it has been quite the adjustment moving from a smaller town Walgreens. The first few times I have used them for pharmacy they were very slow. One med was back ordered and it was a common and important med for my cancer and the med even stated that. then it took 2 days to fill another very simple med. now after they have filled a few times for me, today they have filled faster than ever before! I think it has a lot to do with the actual pharmacists working. On a larger note if Walgreens actually trained their employees to to correctly use the express pass, things would go smoother for people who try to use to fast service for everyone. The pharmacist that helped me one day looked at me crazy when I had the Q code pulled up on my phone and still made me give her ALL my information. I'm like uhhhhh isn't that the point of the Q code to scan with their gun so it's fast? Anyway this is something I have called corporate about on My OLD Walgreens. Then the pharmacist called me after I called corporate and actually was mad at me and told me if I want to use the express pass I should go to consultation... I felt a bit threatened ... and isnt that the point of the express line with that big sign above it??? not to mention the elderlies that think your cutting ahead of them in line trying to use the express line... they literally will fight you over it and run up to the counter and cut you off! SO I won't be calling on this Walgreens for that... even though they don't use theirs right either! Over all don't come here if your in a hurry or technologically advanced enough to use their "express" service. Still thankful for the people in their doing their jobs the best they can... never stop trying walgreens!

Horribly slow at filling prescriptions. They're having a tough time managing the long line and the drive through. This is the third visit to this location and being told 20 minutes and that turning into 45 min is pretty sad.

This place is the worst! They notify you that your Rx is ready but when you drive down there it's not. They say they need insurance approval or they are out of stock Or something else is the problem. They supply needles for my medication but can't figure out that there has to be a syringe in order to use it. I go there because it's close to the house but that may have to change.

The Hispanic lady that works at this location was very rude to me and my mom right when we were putting our items on the table for check out. We got a bunch of Kleenex boxes since there were no more toilet paper anywhere and this was the peak of the pandemic. There was no sign saying a limit amount you could choose but the whole shelf was filled with them so there was plenty . She immediately said she needs to get a manager and we said that's fine to see how much we could get and the manager didn't come up front and only yelled that there could only be one box per person. Then she told us we should know already especially with what's happening in the world in a mean attitude. Yes we were aware but there's tons of people that don't want to keep going to the stores constantly with COVID going on so they stock up. My mom punched in her rewards number also and it didn't go through so she smartly said she must've pressed something in a mean tone. She was trying to have a calm voice saying all these things to us but it was very rude. After this incident we went to the Walgreens in savage which did have limit signs up and even at the front register. This would be helpful for other people that do the same as us who don't know there was a limit due to no sign being posted. Even we went to Menards and they had signs up everywhere also but when we told the worker they should have some up she told us we should know already. Definitely won't be coming back to this Walgreens again. We only ended up walking out with 2 boxes of Kleenex one box for us each.
