By far the slowest pharmacy I've ever used. Waited at the window and 3 employees made eye contact with me but did not come to the window. Then asked me to come back in 20 minutes, after returning still found the workers working at the pace of a disabled turtle. I work retail and would never in a million years provide as poor service as I received.

I am appalled at the rudeness I received today. My sons prescriptions have been on hold for over a week. When I called today I received the rudest comments and was interrupted multiple times and given an attitude from the second this person picked up the phone. Clearly they need a new career.

I'm really annoyed today with this pharmacy. While I can understand staff shortages and scheduling challenges, who closes (unexpectedly) on a Saturday? I've been filling our prescriptions at this Walgreens exclusively ever since park Nicollet closed there clinic drugstores - and was completely caught by surprise. Was I supposed to know this? I was through the drive thru this week and I didn't notice anything about being closed. My weekend plans are are all messed up because now I have to wait around until tomorrow to pick up a prescription. Another Walgreens that is open won't fill it - what's even up with that? That used to be one of the conveniences of using a chain. I've bit my tongue more than once and put up with their inconsistent quirks. I haven't switched pharmacies because I'm trying to remain loyal and have some kind of relationship with the staff, but I'm rethinking my decision now. I don't care if they've decided Saturday's the day they want off, but it would be nice to know!

The pharmacy here is a trainwreck. On steroids. Has been for YEARS. Despite repeated visits with both the store and pharmacy manager, they continue to not be able to accomplish monthly refills without continual babysitting. They cannot bill anything correctly. It's always wrong. They actually admit they have messed up billing yet won't fix it. If a customer only expects refills and accurate billing and both are continually in the cellar, what's left?

We recently got our Covid vaccines at this Walgreens. Lisa did our vaccines both times and was fabulous. She went above and beyond and was so friendly. I would highly recommend!
