Shane was amazing! Was extremely patient and helpful when I came in to open a new account. He jumped through hoops with Customer Service after I had to overcome some technical issues with the activation of service. He made several long duration calls to resolve the conflict and was cool and collected the whole time. Most Reps would have probably been ready to hand the situation off, but He held on until everything was completed. The purchase was successful after all his assistance, and I was able to leave satisfied with Service. Shane went above and beyond! I recommend this site to anyone interested in mobile or internet service.

I came in because half of my s pen broke off inside my note 22 ultra. I was very calm and just wanted to know how to fix it or I was going to upgrade to a new cellphone. That's all I said and the Mgr came over and told me to leave. When I asked what I did he said that because the man standing by me asked to see if he could get it out that I was being "disruptive ". I said I just wanted to by a new phone because I have lung disease and my husband is disabled from strokes. I can't be without a working phone. He stated he didn't care, would not sell me a phone and told me to leave,which I did in tears. This is NOT how to treat the elderly and handicapped and is completely unexeptable.

Made an appointment as recommended, transferred all my data myself ahead of time, checked at 1045 for my 11 o'clock appointment. Waited patiently in my car as I was asked to do for 50 minutes. No texts after initial automatic reply, no update, but saw many walk-ins being waited on. Cancelled appointment and will not be back.

Honestly I will never get a plan here again. I had T-Mobile for years and they were at least responsive when you needed help. They are no help at all in store. They especially don't seem to be of any help if you're not looking to buy a new phone or plan. We had issues with our plan and account information and every answer they could provide us with was to call contact support. So after trying to contact support for an hour in the store and being visibly upset the sales associate could magically help us get the information we needed that he couldn't help us get at first. Not to mention while we're seeking help everyone that works there is too busy making jokes and laughing.

Simple online order pickup took 30 minutes causing me to be late to an appointment. Employee was very unprofessional. Would not give a straight answer on why it was taking so long. Avoided answering my questions asking for additional details. Should not have taken nearly as long as order was confirmed ready for pickup.

Had a 4pm appointment, got in at 4pm, waited for 30 mins and left. No reason to make an appointment at this location, they don't honor it.

Stopped here for a simple sim card Verizon told us to go get a new card for my old phone because I had dropped mine as we all know what that's like we have everything in our phones now days all my money was locked till I could log into my account well you all know what I mean long story there was 2 people working both was with a customer so I waited people started to pore into the store now this guy gets up from the lady he was helping and greeting everyone whom came through the door he already asked why I was there NO!!!! He didn't greet me I was already sitting there waiting my turn for 45 min for a Sim card mind u,my girlfriend seen all the people coming and going so she came in asked me what was going on and if he greeted me the same way everyone else was, one lady got to go look at phone chargers for her and her daughter and everyone else got an appointment time for problems with their phone and a Mexican girl with a green dress blue jean jacket came in he gave her no mind she left the store mind u his customer is still sitting there as he went waited on everyone else yes she was african AmericanMy girlfriend asked why he was waiting on everyone else and he said that is his job just to greet people not to help people with anything in the store greeter only, then he finally finished with the lady he was helping then he went to the back of the store.After a while he came out finally start asking what he could help me with I said I simply needed a Sim card he started asking questions and he knew I had no phone we had a paper I.D and all my cards with my name on them and if I could log in I'll show you a photo I have of my ID and ssi card on line he said without a driver license or I.D he couldn't help me because he needed to verify who I was so he could put the card in the phone and activate it because customer can't do that, only he can put it in the phone and activate the sim card customer's are not allowed to activate Sim cards as he said.Meanwhile my girlfriend is handicap when she laid back on me while we're here waiting he came back over and told us to leave the store and move our vehicle from in front of his store and out of the parking lot at the mall,we even got Verizon support on the phone and he refused to speak with the Verizon companyThe Verizon company on the phone said there's another Verizon in Apple valley go there and ask them and No problems walked into ?Apple valley Verizon? asked for a Sim card they handed me one and boom I got my life back thank you!!! ?Apple valley Verizon? that's how a prepaid customer should receive service??Yes Tall greyhaired Caucasian(greeter)at ?Burnsville Verizon?with Lil square glasses, customers bn activating sim cards we are not dumb and poor ?Burnsville Verizon?

I stopped to ask if they had a SIM card tray pin and he lied and said they didn’t. The truth is they have hundreds, so if you are looking for basic decency in a pinch, this place just lies to you.

It’s not hard to see why this store has such low ratings. The second we walked in, my husband and I were treated very rudely by the lady who checks people in. She treated us like children. We told her what we were looking to accomplish (get new iPhones) and another worker came over to basically belittle our decision and mock us for wanting to upgrade phones when the newest iPhone model comes out next week (which we already knew btw).We walked out and haven’t been back. Would not recommend to anyone! Maybe they should go next door to Schuler Shoes and get some customer service lessons from the absolutely fantastic staff there.

They will tell you they can transfer your data to your new phone and that it will be faster than you transferring it yourself. Then they will tap one button and walk away for 20 minutes. It’s absolutely not faster than you transferring your own info, and then they will charge you $30 for the setup and go “service” without telling you that it will cost extra. Skip the data transfer from them. Even better, skip going to the Verizon store at all and get a phone somewhere else.

Too many managers just walking around doing nothing. I felt what we wanted to do could have been accomplished in 15 mins versus waiting 45 mins for an associate. The structure for this store is set for failure. The reviews the last 6 months show that the business is being run poorly and whomever reviews the Google reviews isn't actually taking action with the feedback being given.Suggestion, make 3 of the managers associates to boost customer service. Put everything in writing for the customer so if things don't match up after they leave they have something in writing. Take ownership. The store is there to help people, not be just a point if sales only site. If there is an issue help customers. Don't push them off after you made a sale. Saw 2 instances while I was there. Stop pushing your accessories, they're over priced by double. Either cut your prices or don't sell them and stick to phones. I know this is alot, but you are not the Verizon you were 10 years ago and someone needs to give the feedback you need to be a better company.
