I have been coming to this U.S. Bank branch location for my banking needs for the last decade. This branch and its employees used to be friendly, polite, and professional. Now the employees are rude, combative, and downright nasty to customers. Bank employees at this location are looking at my banking information, after I have left the building and they did not have my consent. I know this because they openly admitted to doing it.As a customer when I make inquires regarding my bank accounts, the tellers are combative and unwilling to explain bank policy and topics related to my accounts. I have brought my concerns regarding the unprofessional and unethical behavior of the employees at this specific branch location, to the branch manager. The branch mangers response to my complaints in the past, has been to blindly defend his employees, regardless of the video / audio evidence, the bank has from its own camera system to prove that the behavior occurred. It is evident that the branch manger does not take any noticeable action to correct the unprofessional behavior of his employees. The employees continue to behave in the same manner, as if they already know that the manger has no intention of correcting the behavior of the bank tellers, that is continuously brought up by the bank customers through in person complaints and online reviews. The 2.9 Star rating on this specific U.S. Bank Branch google business page, should explain everything you need to know about this location. There is a consistent theme in the google reviews of the bank tellers being rude and combative. I am absolutey disgusted with the bank tellers behavior at this location and the lack of remedial action from the Branch manager. Lastly when a customer tries to ask questions and make inquires about their bank account or transactions history, the tellers openly accuse the customer of being argumentative in order to gaslight the customer, so they can terminate the conversation. This is so sad to see this branch location go down hill over the years.

I felt the staff behind the counter were beer rude, unwilling to explain to me when I would be expecting to withdraw money from a check I deposited, I’m more disappointed in how I was treated and talked to…and it’s MY money, I’ve deposited over 17k and strongly considering changing banks, wonder if I were white would my customer service would have been any better

I had my account closed without me even knowing because someone on my account wanted to open thier own account and Zach took it upon himself to close my account. Called the customer service they said Zach had no right to do that no notes anything on the account witch was Strange to them. They passed it on to the fraud dept. Bottom line is if you want your money safe don't trust Us bank. Now I have tons of headaches due to this Zach guy playing God with my account.

Zach went above and beyond when setting me up with an account. He had stuff for my kids to do and made it an extra special experience for them. Thanks Zach! Looking forward to banking to US Bank.

I've been to this branch a few times, and each time, the Spanish teller lady was extremely rude to customers who spoke English as a second language. This is the only reason I'm giving this branch a bad review.

Came inside, needed to open another checking account. The first available appointment with the banker was the next day. Michele Schultz! You are awesome! Great customer service! I didn't even have to ask. You saw that I can't wait for so long and I was in a hurry. You helped me solve my problem by guiding me through the US Bank app. It literally took 2 mins. Thak you for being so patient with me!

Horrible experience. I went in to inquire about business insurance that US Bank advertises on their website but the bank teller told me they had no business insurance to offer. When I asked her the name of my personal banker so I could discuss this further with him or her she laughed and said we have lots of bankers. This is how they treat clients on the Wealth Management side. We went to the Apple Valley location where they know how to treat people and had a much better experience.

Been there twice and had to wait over 40 mins and ask why the long wait only to be told that they have other customers and we’re busy… although cars were coming and going after I arrived. No apologies just “we’re busy”. I have had better luck and other locations and never going to that location again

The employees seem fine but I absolutely hate going to this bank to make deposits for work. There's only 1 drive thru lane for commercial accounts & it is shared with an atm. This bank seems to have no regard for people's time as 2 cars in front of you in the commercial lane is consistently at least a 20 minute wait. Because I'm not an inconsiderate a-hole, I drop off my deposits then pick then up later so no one behind me has to wait at my expense. But because a lot of people are inconsiderate a-holes that sit at the window for 15 minutes while the teller handles the transaction, it'd be nice if the bank would take charge and tell them to pull ahead like every other business that operates a drive thru does (or have them go back to end of line) so the person behind them doesnt have to sit and wait just to pick up an envelope.

Walked in this morning to open a bank account and they have no signs or anything that lets you know you'll need an appointment, I unfortunately needed service today and between the two bankers and 2 tellers no one could help me at that time with no one in the bank. So I'm off to a different business to support them and will be probably transfering our other account out of this business.

Had been an US Bank Customer many of years ago - now I remember why. Extremely poor customer service (but obviously still want - expect your $$$). Due to en extended bought with Covid (I am immune compromised) had stopped by this US Bank for assistance: I am receiving MN Benefits due to my health crisis (thru US Bank) - I had traveled to this location to only be told "your not a US Bank customer - we deal only in the plastic." Was the response I received when I had requested "US Bank" to deposit the PAYROLL check into the card. Then , once again it was made VERY CLEAR I was not a US BANK customer. Then I requested to cash the check. Two separate responses - 1st $7 Fee (followed again with the not being a customer rhetoric. When I agreed to pay the $7 "Service Charge" I was told "we do not cash .... you are not an US Bank customer". This from te manager. Well guess what Karen, MS US Bank manager - the federal government seems to believe I am a US Bank customer. MN Dept of Human Serviced was not pleased with how poorly I was treated (FYI not All disabilities can be seen. Or may have happen while biking, struck by a car & left as road kill.

If you are looking for a bad experience and attitude from the drive through tellers, this is the place for you. A simple mistake on my part when I accidentally dropped some bills in the car and asked her to recount the money because we thought it was short turned into a debacle. I apologized for my mistake and the teller rolled her eyes and showed obvious signs of being really upset at us. Her reaction should have been "No problem, I understand." Instead she said I accused her of taking our money. Just an insane experience that didn't need to be anything more then an agreed upon mistake.
