However, customer experiences vary. One customer was disappointed with the service at the branch’s window, as the teller refused to count coins and suggested a lengthy process involving unwrapping coins and using a coin machine, which felt inefficient. Despite this, another customer praised Zach, a staff member who went above and beyond to make account setup a positive experience, even including activities for children. I had a rather complex change for my accounts and the result was great and I picked up a better return on my deposits.

Been a loyal customer with the bank for over 20 years and just experienced the worst branch manager “professionalism” ever! Corporate needs to audit this branch and do something about it.

Been there twice and had to wait over 40 mins and ask why the long wait only to be told that they have other customers and we’re busy… although cars were coming and going after I arrived. No apologies just “we’re busy”. I have had better luck at other locations and never going to that location again
