I've always preferred helpful people to self-service. The self-service box was full of packages, which I don't think is very secure.

Kirk has outstanding customer service skills--he was really helpful & so kind.... The other co-worker who was female barked at me when I walked in on 08072024 that if I had a return that I had to go over to kiosk; she was quite hostile actually, so I was relieved when Kirk came out to assist me directly on sending a package!

All employees at this location are very helpful and friendly. Kirk is always there when i go in, he is very personable and knowledgeable. It's never a chore when i visit Burnsville UPS.

I make the l longer drive from Lakeville to this location because the staff here are great. Apple Valley could learn from these kind folks.

After my blood pressure was off the charts due to an extremely rude counter guy at a nearby Prior Lake UPS store, I drove two miles to the Burnsville UPS. This young man could not have been better. Five minutes to assist me shipping a package back to Amazon. Prior Lake store won’t see any future business from me. What ever happened to common courtesy? I was being as cooperative as possible. Apparently, I was an old guy that was told to go home and figure it out. Thank you Burnsville!

Kirk at the Burnsville MN location was incredible to work with. He took the time to truly take a challenging situation head on and found me a solution on my shipment to Canada. His customer service skills are a notch above the rest and he does it while being personable and with a smile. Kirk is a major asset to UPS.

I've stopped here twice now and had the absolute best service out of any UPS Store I've ever been too!! Highly recommend this place of service, every person I've interacted with was super friendly and helpful! I've taken my Amazon returns and also had several other shipping needs the gentleman with the glasses(I wish I would have been able to grab his name) helped me both times and was super helpful!! Thank you so very much!

Brianna's customer service is top-notch, 1st class all the way. She was very proficient at her job. She was professional and polite, and it was a pleasure being helped by her. She is a perfect example of what customer service SHOULD be!

Service was fast and friendly! We have visited this location twice and never had to wait in line for more than a minute either time. Despite the post-holiday rush of customers, the associates were quick and efficient. Associate Kirk D. went above and beyond to help us figure out how to best ship our multiple large items by recommending the safest and most cost-effective options. Definitely made what could have been a stressful task feel like a breeze! Thanks Kirk!
