I visited this location on 4/19/2025 and the person that helped me was very dismissive and condescending. And had an annoyed time with me, I've never seen him at this location. I come to this location all the time and have alway received helpful and pleasant service. If this person is there the next time I need to use UPS services, I will go to another location.

Terrible. I have a prepaid shipment with paid packaging. I am shipping an expensive item. I asked to package it right away. The staff refused. They asked me to step aside until they serve all other customers. WhY? I am a paying customer. I have to step aside and wait because other customers have quick and fast Amazon returns? The employee told me it is the policy and it is written in the procedures. If this is correct, this is poor management and customer service. She also said it is written on the prepaid label fine print. So the process is to bring your item to ship, they leave in on the counter among with many others and you hope that they will package it and ship it to the right place later when they get to it?

Everyone is nice except the very young woman who works the front desk—always seems to be having a bad day, rolls her eyes and doesn't say thank you. I honestly dread walking up to the counter when she's there because she always has an attitude, it's never a good experience, no matter how polite I am.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the UPS store for going above and beyond to help me receive my packages. They are always so kind when I get to the store and efficient in handling everyone’s needs. I will always use this store going forward for my package pickups and returns. THEY ARE PHENOMENAL!!

UPS is by far the best option for shipping vs USPS. Brianna is super helpful and is always willing to help even when the place is full of grouchy customers. She is always cheerful with a nice smile every time I stop in. That gal deserves a raise!

Excellent place for dropping off Amazon returns! They have a self scan area that you scan it in and it prints out a receipt for proof and I always get my refund within a couple of hours after dropping off the package and it has not even been delivered to Amazon yet. Employees are helpful and very friendly. Great place. Would have done 5 stars but I had to have them print a label because mine was creased and couldn't scan so they had me email it to the store and they printed it out except it cost me $2.17! Holy crap, expensive label

On September 17th, 2024 I had to do a return for five items and had one of the best experiences with the person who assisted me. Sumeya was nothing but helpful and understanding. I would like to clone her for other stores/businesses that have fallen short on treating a customer with respect and courtesy. Can't thank her enough for being flexible and willing to bend the rules a little in order to make my my transaction easy. Thank you for going above and beyond!
