Lexi at the benefit brow bar is amazinggg! I come get my brows done with her all the time. She’s very friendly, professional & the results always come out amazing! She’s also the best at brow laminating too (: I would highly recommend going to see her there for your brow needs!

Jeanette in make up was extremely helpful right away, picked out a perfect shade and sampled it for me (even made it short and sweet while I was in a rush) Amazing service!

My Mom was in there trying to get her birthday gift. She has had an account for years, has the app and yet didn’t get an email for her birthday gift. They weren’t trying to help her all they said was we can’t give it to you for not having her birthday email and how they only give out a certain amount each year which is ridiculous. Overall horrible customer service now i’m going to only order online and not go in the store.

The store wouldn’t price match an online website seller. I figured they would want the sale and to help their conversion. It would’ve been a $320 sale. They lost me as a customer.
