“Honestly, I had a great experience. As a dispatcher I booked a load with Chris Shultz. He was SUPER NICE very understanding even though we had some mishaps through text/pick up Chris literally helped along the way. Even after I inadvertently made an error and offended Chris he still did everything he could to assist the driver and myself with the load. “Great service when we visit Minneapolis the last weekend in April. Showed up to a line of 5 customers, and yet I was in and out w keys in hand within 20mins yes. The gentleman working the counter was great and even offered a few suggestions of places to try while we were in town. He gave me comprehensive directions on how to find car, and return it; no fuss car rental! I'd definitely use them again when we go back to Minneapolis!”

“This transportation non-profit is owned by Productive Alternatives, also a public service non-profit. This on-call affordable bus service is extremely valuable to our communities. Often used for Dr. visits, shopping, senior center visits, and about anyplace you can think of around Fergus Falls.They request a 24 hour prior reservation for the on call service and do not run on Sundays or holidays.In addition they have a twice daily route to and from downtown Fargo with scheduled pickups in Rothsay, Barnesville and Sabin. I think they also include NDSU.”
