My home ink jet printer got a paper jam, and I couldn't figure out how to get the jam out. Called TOPS and they told me I could come right in. Although it only took a couple minutes to remove the jammed paper remnant and show me how to do it, I was prepared to pay for their incredibly professional and very timely service. However, the gentleman who helped me refused any payment for the service. One sure can't find over-the-top customer service like that these days!!Thank you so much to TOPS!!!

I wanted to order a family portrait of our son’s recent wedding and decided to shop local and give the TOPS Print Service a try. The photograph turned out better than expected along with the staff recommending the best paper to print it on. Quality, service, friendliness and value are the reasons I will use TOPS for all of my printing needs in the future.
