Had a horrible experience during the early afternoon hours of Friday the 17th I went in with my mom and daughter , my mom purchased a tobacco product. I didn't buy anything and was off to the side when the cashier and co manager rudely stated that I also had to show my ID. I didn't bring it in because I wasn't planning on purchasing anything. When I told them that they refused to sell to my mom, I stated I'm 30 years old if I wanted a tobacco product I would've just brought my ID but for some reason they didn't believe us. The co manager 'older woman blondish hair' admitted she was looking at me and just knows for a fact I'm the one who wanted the tobacco product, she assumed my mom was buying it for me for some strange reason. We left to a different store never felt so judged and discriminated against at any other speedway those ladies have no customer service or good judgment skills and were very disrespectful would give negative 100 stars if I could

This place is filthy.
Don't go to this carwash!
I'm a loyalty customer and wash my car here all the time. In January my new car got scratched all over by their brushes (black truck). Manager agreed that those scratches were made by the carwash. Filed a claim with corporate office. They denied the claim and refused to pay! Use holiday unlimited carwash, touch free and the results are much better.

Trying to load a card lady tells me cash only so I tell her that they do it with card at Walmart she immediately says, Go to Walmart then!!! I didn't even get to finish what I was saying, lol, I was going to say that I guess I'll go to an ATM and come back because Walmart doesn't have tap card machines and I'm waiting for a new card to come in mail so I have to use my phone I was not looking for special favors I was looking for help and you would think she would have had better problem solving skills like idk there is an ATM in the store or at least tried something other than telling me to go to competition, and even worse it was a morning manager older women with dirty blonde hair but I didn't catch the name I just think she is rude and disrespectful also I think speedway itself needs to update policy's there should be no problem using debit to load a card who even Carries cash anymore all I needed is to load my card to pay rent but I guess I'll go to Walgreens or CVS

Bad customer service, rude woman cashier. Don't spend a penny at this gas station. She doesn't care about the US, the customers paying her job. One suggestion for her is " quite your job, if you don't like to serve and smile for the customers"

I stop in here pretty often since it's down the road from my office and have only had positive experiences with the staff and the owner. The owner especially is very kind and friendly whenever I see her interacting with customers.

Worst customer service. Employees look annoyed having to be at work. Short. No hi. No have a good day. What do you expect i guess though from a gas station 300 feet away from a high school??♂️

Whoever that older women is with the dirty blonde hair or whatever color that is at the register is way too dramatic and she does it for attention. Some guy was being pushed through the door in a wheelchair, she’s behind the register assisting another customer then yelled out “Hold on a minute!!!”‘everyone turned around to see what happened. The way she was yelling across the room you would think someone had a gun . She ran back there to help the guy in the wheelchair but mind you someone else was already helping the guy so there was no need for her to run back there so dam quick. Anyways, she ran over to him and left the gentlemen she was helping standing at the counter. She didn’t even tell this man do you mind holding on a minute or better yet, finish ringing the guy up quickly then leave the register to help the guy in the wheelchair cause like I said, someone was already helping him so she could’ve gotten the gentleman out the way. Nope she just left him standing there. My question is, why do you have to be so dramatic and loud?! She then brings the case of pop for the guy in the wheelchairs to the register with the previous customer still standing at the register looking lost while waiting. He finally moved out the way and moved over to the other cashier cause she wasn’t going to say a thing to this guy. So You mean to tellMe She didn’t have the sense to tell this man is it ok to ring this guy up first? She completed ignored him like he didn’t exist. I understand helping people with a disability but it’s the way you do things. Just because you need to assist someone that’s disabled doesn’t mean you should be disrespectful to those who are able body. She couldn’t yelled “ill be there with you in just a min sir” nope she just left this man standing there, didn’t say a thing to him and went straight to helped someone else out. She’s always rude and loud as hell. She needs to be evaluated

Not me. A former employee was not paid for his last day of work. Then the manager hangs up on his call, Rebeca the manager says ,will call the police for harassment charges, when he is just try to be paid for time workedSeen other reviews, this store is horrible.They should fire the current manager and assistant manger as they are incompetentHire new help!!

The place isn't open 24/7. There are times I go about 10 at night and the lights are on but the doors are locked! Wow great service ?

When I fill gas for my work vehicle I have to get a receipt. And of course they’re out of receipt paper at the pumps. I wouldn’t have come here if I would’ve known that I had to wait more than 30 minutes for an employee to open the doors again. I’ve seen about 15-20 people come and go because there’s a sign that says “back in 30 min” no one wants to wait … I’ll probably be going out of my way to a different gas station from now on even though this one is close to my work.
