I go here regularly, and I LOVE my girl, but the place on the whole...? I dunno. There's no waiting room, but even if there was, they keep the outside door locked so customers have to wait outside or in their cars for their stylist to meet them at the door. Also, it's super awkward when you're out there and someone comes up who wants to go in and ask about getting a haircut. Not very "new customer" or walk-in friendly.

I went there to get a hair cut and discuss possibly getting a simple hair dye and it became really complicated and overwhelming and I felt insecure and uncomfortable by the end of it. She made me feel really bad about using box dye in the past which I never knew there was an issue with that because even my family members who have salons use box dye for themselves and see no problem with doing so. I understand it may not be the best to but I feel like people shouldn't be shamed for doing it either. She also made me feel really bad for my hair type. I don't really go to salons often so it gave me a negative impression of how salons are run, so I took my business somewhere else saved money and wasn't ridiculed. Maybe I just didn't get a good salon stylist but I would recommend checking reviews first.
