won an auctioned unit kinda was anxious and jumped the gun on my review on this place and gave it a bad review,turned out this manager Nae was the most sweet and helpful women even after i gave my bad review she was still 100 percent helpful and boy i felt like a jerk,her customer service was the greatest.

Very friendly and appreciative. Great guy to talk to at the desk. Very helpful and understanding. Prices are great and Scott definatly takes good care of the lot :)
Updated: since being bought out by istorage customer service has declined. No one shows up to work. It's harder to pay the unit bill online. Hard to get ahold of customer service. No one knows what's going on. Oh and they keep raising rent.

Seamless process to reserve and lease a storage unit online, no human interaction required. Clean facilities and wood pallet in unit in case of potential water coming in.
