Loved the pedicure I got! They gave wonderful suggestions for nail color and were attentive to detail. I will definitely be back. I have been to other nail salons that dig under my nails which makes a pedicure uncomfortable ; not here My nails were shaped with no discomfort. The salon was very clean and the staff friendly. The deluxe pedi is simply the best pedi I have ever had at a small shop like this. Callus remover was applied and my feet were scrubbed down with both a file and a loofah, followed by a mask with hot towels and massage, then hot stone massage with oil, and finally a massage with lotion as well. My tech took their time and was very thorough. If the gel polish hold up well, I will 100% be back.

It was my first visit, and I don't plan on going back. They're very sneaky with their prices. I asked for a pedicure with gel polish, and when I went to pay, they charged me for the deluxe. The lady didn't tell me everything she was doing was the deluxe and didn't ask me beforehand. They use old rags for the pedicure, and they said they can't do design but have pictures of mani/pedi. with designs online. 3/5 for effort.

My grandma really needed a mani/pedi so my sister and I took her yesterday to Shiny nails. We got pedicures too. We decided to bring my 4 year old with for her first pedicure. She absolutely loved it. The owner did her nails and he was so friendly and patient with her, even silly. He made us all feel very comfortable. Everyone did a great job. Today was my first time at this establishment, and also my last. My friend and I went in to get pedicures and both were highly unsatisfied. They are reckless with how they trim, file, and paint nails. My heels look and feel worse than when I came in.

I chose this place because it was closer than my normal salon. I chose to get a full set of acrylics and wanted a specific design. I pulled up the picture on my phone and asked her if she (manager) could do the design. She said she could, and I (very politely) said I wanted it exactly like the photo (very small snake on one nail with no details or anything) and that I would be okay just picking a plain color if she didn't think she could do it exactly the same. She said she could. Alas, it was not even close. The line Varried in width and was more of a thunderbolt than a snake. I said well, that's not really what I am looking for and she wanted to try again. She tried a couple more times and I said let's just do plain color. She said she would make a nice pattern for me and I was just tired of going back and forth at this point so I agreed. The pattern was not symmetrical or even with the other finger at all. I got out to the car and noticed that there was acrylic going off my mail as well as a lot of unevenness and bubbles. My fingers also has a couple of small nicks from where the nail grinder had slipped. It's was also more expensive than the normal place I go to :( They started gel polish started peeling a couple days after I got them too
