I just remembered that I never got around to posting a review. About a year ago (early November 2023), I had rented a uhaul cargo van from here for my move from Burnsville to Minneapolis. It was very easy to set up, and picking up and dropping off in person was very quick and simple. I never got the name of the gentleman who was working there, but he was very polite and helpful and made sure that I could handle the van before I drove off. (I really appreciated that 'cause I usually don't drive vehicles larger than a sedan and could use all the tips i could get.) He also let me keep my sedan in the lot overnight while I used the van.
The van itself was perfect and had the moving blankets and dolly I needed to move my larger pieces of furniture.
Overall, I had a great experience, and I had no complaints (and the cute dog made it even better! Such a sweet dog).

Went in for bait and the older man working literally did a bait and switch with the leeches. The cooler had jumbo leeches already packaged and he kept saying he needed to repackage the leeches. We wanted 2 dozen and he removed all 6 six dozen from the cooler and again said he needed to repackage them. When he came back with the "repackaged" leeches, he had changed the leeches to a smalls not jumbos. When we questioned him he got worked up and said, "This is all I have, do you want them or not?" We didn't buy any. Careful with this guy.

I recently visited Burnsville Shell and Bait to pick up a U-Haul trailer, and the entire experience was delightful. Bruce, who assisted me, was incredibly kind and pleasant to work with. He ensured that my trailer was clean and in perfect condition for my use. Bruce attached the U-Haul and took the required pictures with professionalism and care.
Throughout the process, Bruce went above and beyond. Upon arrival, he was quick to help me retrieve the trailer. When returning it, despite the pouring rain, Bruce was right there to help me back it in and detach it from the hitch, ensuring I was well taken care of the entire time.
The level of customer service I received at Burnsville Shell and Bait was exceptional, and I highly recommend them for their dedication and attentiveness. Thank you, Bruce, for making this experience smooth and pleasant!

Great experience. Rented a Uhaul here and the staff was super friendly, the truck was clean and ready, and best of all - I was greated by two wonderful dogs out front that made me smile and take time in my busy day to stop and have some fun.

I stopped at the Shell station for diesel as I prefer shell diesel. The business is supposed to accept contactless payments, but the attendant wasn't able to make it work. So I handed over my credit card, and somehow he managed to charge my card twice. When I asked for the proper credit, I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I would have to call back to resolve it when the owner comes... I called back reached the owner, who told me that I would have to come back to the station in person to get the issue resolved! No apologies, not even a slight bit of accountability or responsibility of owning one's mistake. I would not recommend this gas station.

Good Bait but since the price is not listed, he seems to charge what he thinks your willing to pay. Make sure and check price before you get bait.

Mike is awesome and a very caring person. He went out his way to help my brother get to the hospital( my brother was walking from his place up the road), when Mike closed the station. And gave him a ride.

It's alright small space inside the actual gas station but it has live bait! But idk if they have actual worms though cashier looks like an expert.
