Well this Asian girl ? who looks very mean and definitely not suitable to be working in Sephora, she is not friendly and not willing to help at all, she probably will be better off working in a factory . Burnsville location is the worst comes to customer service and there is two Asians ladies who works there, and both have the worst attitude, never going there anymore, well they need to hire more professionals next time!!!!

After I picked out my items I was told that I could not use a Sephora gift card at this Sephora since it is inside of a JC Penney's. I have used Sephora gift cards at these JC Penney locations before, and the gift card itself even says I am able to use it at a Sephora inside of a JC Penney. Absolutely not happy and will not be back.
