The guy that helped us was so good. He helped my husband get exactly what he wanted and then my son needed to try 7 pairs until he found the right shoes. The guy had a helpful attitude and never seemed exasperated. Another guy came in and he offered to help him, even as he finished with us. We'll definitely be back.

The service was phenomenal. I walked in and had no clue which spikes to get for my season. The guy who helped me got me all set up and got me perfect ones. Also got a discount bc I run for my school and a free water bottle. Go here if you have any running needs.

I had an amazing experience at TC Running in Burnsville! The customer service provided by Ben was top-notch. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly went the extra mile to help me find the perfect running shoes. The store had a great selection, and Ben's expertise made the whole process enjoyable. I only get my running shoes from this store, I’ve ran two marathons with the shoes I get here and will continue to go back. I went in today and was helped by a super sweet worker name Sophia. She assessed my gait to see if I pronated or supinated to give me the best shoe recommendation. Great customer service by her! Love this place!!

What a great store and great staff working here. I visited late last night to purchase my first pair of running/walking shoes. The sales person (I wish I got her name) was fantastic. Took a ton of time with me, answered all of my questions, and pointed out I've been buying shoes a size too small my entire life. I will be back here every time I need anything running related. 6/5 stars.

This place has got it all and if they don't have it, one of the other branches likely will.I was in a Predicament looking for spikes for my daughters upcoming race and was coming up empty. We are from the staples motley area (for those not familiar with small towns, near Brainerd lakes). I made one phone call to run n fun and the staff at the Burnsville location was eager to help. They went out of there way and reached out to me as the store was near closing to make sure I was in route. They were willing to stay open late to ensure I didn't go home empty handed. The customer service and recommendations were outstanding. I hope they stay around for a long time. I know we will be driving the extra time to the twin cities area just to visit these stores! Wonderful people that have shoe aptitude. Having the correct shoe or spike is so important. I appreciate all the help Run n fun!!!!

Good brands, great staff, and just overall amazing service. Nico was able to determine my fit and needs after observing how I walk, discussing what kind of activities I'll be doing, and covering what pain points I've had from previous shoes. He brought out at least eight pairs and made sure I properly tested all of them.I ended up finding Altras that actually fit me but didn't pull the plug on the purchase just yet(originally went in to look at cheaper ASICS) but I'm definitely coming back!
