I've been going to Rockler for years for my wood working projects. I've also bought Jet products, my Sawstop table saw, my Luguana Bandsaw, etc at Rockler. The employees were great. They've had a lot of turn over in the last 2 years in personnel. I'd say that in my last 7-8 trips to the store, not one employee has asked if I needed any help. I'm a woman wood worker. I'd like to think that being a woman doesnt matter & I'm still a paying customer. They either stand around & talk to each other or when a man walks in, I hear them ask if they could help the gentlemen. Maybe it's 7 times a fluke? If I ask for assistance, they do try to help. Lately, I just leave there & go buy my items at Woodcraft.

Had a manufacturers error with a piece of a bunk bed. I walked in and Rich helped me and was the absolute best he saved me 300+ in shipping costs and a whole lot of time. Rich should get a raise!

In the middle of picking out $180 of drawer slides (1 staff helping me, 2 staff standing around) I was told the store was closed. Not the way I was taught customer service. I’ll just get them on Amazon.

Every time I go to the Burnsville Store they have what I need and I have spent a lot of money here router table,fence’s hardware for different projects I have always had great customer satisfaction with the in store employees. Thanks Rockler

Had an amazing experience with another Rockler store, so stopped into this branch. Three employees, all old guys, one other customer, an old guy, who got lots of attention. I spent ten minutes hunting for what I needed, never got so much as a “hi” - nobody had anything to say to me until I checked out, and then he just wanted to know if I wanted a bag. Definitely gave off “females not welcome here” vibe.

I’ve been to a dozen Rocklers in several states but this store is just simply the best. Mr. Caleb is awesome! He goes above and beyond. He does everything from letting you know when products are in, checks on special orders being delivered to home, helpful in finding or learning what products to use. Plus he is an awesome instructor for classes. I have learned so much. He has put together a good staff at the store. Great place!

Really great service. I went into browse but had in the back of my mind an idea to purchase a stop fence for my dewalt miter saw. I loved wandering the store as Im a woodworking hobbyist but after a few minutes I hooked up with Jerry who pointed me straight to a 'money saving and hassle reducing ' (his words) product from Kreg... Not only super helpful but really friendly. We even chatted about our mutual Welsh heritage (my accent gave me away). Great store, great people- full of knowledge and experience.

Got some exotic wood for a great price. .. the guys there are always so friendly and knowledgeable..love having them answer my questions in ways that I umderstand.. love that there is always things to look at.. and they even have classes I can do ..

I love this store! I have gone to Rockler Woodworking in Burnsville numerous times for tools and materials for my woodworking projects. I do projects that are one offs and I often have questions about something unusual I want to do. The staff are always super friendly and helpful.
