Very unprofessional staff and management. Charge for a haircut and style but received no styling. Left with wet hair. Felt very uncomfortable the entire experience. When I got home, my fiance told me a huge chunk of hair was missing from the bottom of my hairline. Not an even cut at all. I've been going there for ten years. Will never go back again. Very disappointed in how I was treated and served. Will not recommend anymore.

The first time I had my hair colored the girl screwed it up. Another colorist did fix it for me. Then during the virus my appointment got rescheduled a couple of times only to be deleted altogether the last time. I left voicemails which went unanswered. Then when I was able to call after reopening I scheduled an appointment only to find out the day of that the receptionist had told me the wrong time. Too many mistakes and when I tried explaining this the receptionist kept talking over me offering a canned apology. So I sent a Facebook private message detailing everything. The response again was canned and impersonal. I hope you don't treat all your clients this way.

Absolutely love this salon! I've been going for many years and have referred many friends. I love the fact there are separate colorists and stylists! They specialize and know what they are doing! Extremely professional and friendly staff. The product is the only color product I will ever use on my hair! I've been other places and the product strips and has damaged my hair. Even with highlights-my hair is healthy! Live Rocco's!!!!

This salon has the worst customer service. I had an appointment with Ginger for 7:30 pm. I show up and it was a ghost town. The lady checks me in at 7:30 and I go and sit down. Ginger is in the far back with a client chatting away. 15 minutes later, she is still working on this other person and no body considers to tell me that she's running behind. I walk up to the front desk only to find out it will be another 15 min because Gingers client were late!! I was really frustrated at that point and told her I have never waited 30 min at my doctors office, let alone a salon. The least they could have done is called to let me know Ginger was behind 30 minutes and I could have come in at 8 instead. These people have no regard for customers time. I left my 3 year old with a sitter and 30 min wait time makes a lot of difference. I ended up going to Cole's, which i have been to many times before. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get attended to and all the workers are so nice and courteous. I would not recommend Rocco to anyone . I am glad I left instead of throwing away $75 at this shitty place

Got a horribly unblended haircut..horrible customer service..no follow thru from manager or h.r..manager.no one cares..very expensive and lacking in any customer service..save urself go where someone cares

I've worked at the Roseville location and I will have to say that I regret it so much not keeping my job at Rocco Altobelli honestly that was the best job I've ever had and I loved it and I love all of their products. Great place to get your manicures pedicures hair color hair styled facials its just a great salon I really recommend it to anybody that is looking for a new salon home😀😊😆ðŸ‘👌
