I can’t emphasize more on these three words I used here. He communicates things very clearly. So, while he kept me updated on the current state on every single step at the same time he kept me aware of what to expect in the coming days. That way I was ALWAYS ahead of the curve.
He was extremely strategic about the things like starting price, time of marketing, negotiation with the buyers agent and all those critical things that TRULY matters. To be precise, if you are working with Mike, you are never in dark. Take my words for it.
Sorry keep remembering things as I am writing this review, as I am so truly impressed with his work style. He makes sure to give your property the personal attention it deserves. He would most certainly be working on multiple properties at the same time being a seasoned and popular realtor, but the way he interacts with you, it really gives the impression that as if that is the only property he is working on.
Last but not the least, his positive energy is second to none. I will tell you this, one of the key things people look is the energy of the realtor, how excited someone is. That’s how they know that it’s the real deal. By seeing his extent of positive energy and excitement sometimes I wondered if it’s my house he is selling or it’s his :). Truly that is remarkable.
I guess, if I narrate all single things about him, I will just keep going and going, but I need to stop somewhere.
So to summarize, he is THE guy who will get the job done, rain or shine.”
