When I need replacement batteries, I get them from R & D Battery. R & D Battery fully test their offerings before they will sell them. The testing includes long term, in-use testing so the batteries are never rushed into use. Their website is one of the easiest to use to find the correct battery and their customer service is very helpful.

Excellent Service. We have been using R&D for MANY years and the service has always been top notch. Very easy to work with from placing orders, sourcing, shipping. Never an issue and if there was one, R&D was accommodating with immediate solutions. The website is saved to my favorites and I, like the rest of the folks in our company, use it daily for sourcing of all Medical Batteries. Having a bit of an issue with navigating the new website. I miss the old one but like anything new, it is a work in progress.

Been doing business with R&D for years! Kyle's been a spectacular go-to representative; friendly, helpful, conversational, and professional. All other staff members have been polite, warm, and helpful. I've directed customers (and will continue) to R&D, and am sure that everybody will be completely satisfied with their experience.
