IM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! These people are so rude they do the worst job on planet earth. The tools they use on your feet are not new from a bag or cleaned I got a pedicure done and there was blood on it before it started I made the lady get a new one from the bag.
Also the price thats advertised is not the regular price they steal from you and manipulate you. There powder nails on people is the worst thing you can ever get done these people treat you like garbage I have read the reviews stories and there all the same please do not go to this place I will be contacting someone higher up to investigate this place because it needs to be shut down asap.
Requested style: The style I requested was a complete horror show
Specialties: They don't specialize in nothing but doing the worst job ever
Cleanliness: Filthy saw blood on the tools
Stylist: Had 4 people doing my nails one after the other and they all did a horrific job

Pro nails is amazing! I have never been disappointed. I won't go any where else! My nails are going on 3 weeks and still strong, no fill needed yet! Everyone is welcoming. If you haven't been here yet, stop in.. don't forget to get pedicure. Down below is my "cat eye" nails!

They were really friendly but my nails look horrible, I asked this lady 5 times to fix them cause they were looking bad and she tried but couldn’t, I usually don’t complain but I paid 75 dollars for a refill and they look horrible?

Got the deluxe spa and gel pedicure at the salon. They clipped the skin on the side of my big toe so aggressively it bled and got infected. Pedi was sloppy, covered over the cuticles and there was polish on the side, top and edge of my toes. The gel flaked and completely peeled off 3 days later. When I talked to them about it they refused to refund anything more than $15 on a $60 poorly done service. They offered to re-do the nails but after the first round I wouldn’t trust them ever again.Services: Pedicure

I went to pro nails for the 1st time 6 weeks ago.The lady talked me into a dip powder nail for my nails stating its healthier for my nails. I believed her. I got my nails off after 3 weeks and my nails, now, are so thin and tear easily. I have cut them all down and repeat cutting them every week until my new growth grows out to look better and feel strong again.I will NEVER go back to pro nails again.Service: Dip powder

This is my neighborhood nail shop and I love it. They do a great job and always want everyone to feel pampered and special. It's beautiful inside and they really know what they're doing. Highly recommend.

I went here years ago so I thought I would try again. Asked for a basic pedicure repeatedly and was charged $45 for it (not the basic pedicure price). After one layer, I noticed that the dip manicure was the wrong color. Instead of fixing right away, they tried to just layer the correct color which led to problems when filing with three layers of different color, chunks of dip came off. Finally got them to agree to remove it all and start over. She filed my nails so hard that they were burning from the electric file. I was so frustrated that I asked her remove it all and just do a clear coat. She was about to leave pieces of the old color before the clear coat. I picked the color off myself.Incredibly disappointed in the entire experience.

Came in after work an hour before close on a weekday and they were able to get me in and done in 20 minutes! Got a basic manicure because I didn't want to take up too much of their time last hour but I will definitely be back and will try designs. Also I feel like a lot of other salons try to push acrylics on you but not this one!
