Walked in today and was told there was a gas leak?! But they’re willing to cut my dog’s nails. Not sure why you didn’t call your customers to let them know since I received 5 text messages telling me petco will see me for my appointment today. Hope your gas situation works out.

Had to change review, I don't understand stand why online prices black Friday sale did not apply of I just came in and shopped , why it was buy online n pick up in store ,and why you couldn't price match I get the emails nothing said online only I thought it was the stores sales n was told they already started to take the signs down so if the sale was good till end of business hours but employees r putting the signs away the sale don't count left yesterday very disappointed I thought I could come in n get those sales and the check out girl was rude when I asked y is this different no price match just have a nice day bye rudley this was about 630 pm yesterday , your emails should say online only if that is true

This is actually so crazy to me. Most stores have some sort of trash can out front so I grabbed a tiny paper bag I wanted to throw out of my car and noticed they didn’t have a trash can outside this store so I walked in with it and politely asked a lady (I believe her name was Julie) if I could throw it away somewhere behind the counter. She caught an attitude and gave me a sarcastic “Oh yeah, Petco! That’s what we’re for! Throwing out trash!” and I was like …. and just awkwardly threw the paper bag away in front of her when she showed me the trash can behind the counter and because of her rudeness I didn’t quite know what to say so I responded “Sorry…..” and “I didn’t know it was going to be such a problem….”
She made it such an uncomfortable environment and it was such a tiny simple gesture she could have just said “Sure I have one right here” to.
I would advise having a conversation because this is not a way anyone should be treated honestly.

This location could do better with their customer service. We stood up front for 15 minutes before being helped. Not a location i’ll be returning too anytime soon

First time ever taking my dog to get groomed. Hope was the girl I was working with. When I arrived she had a Goldendoddle that she was grooming. So i assumed she was running behind which was fine, Hope was advised of the matting of my dog. I dropped him off she said bout 1 hour or 1 hour and half. She started grooming my dog and cutting his hair this is what made me so upset because if you knew his hair was matted “badly” you shouldn’t have started. She was unprofessional and didn’t seem like she really cared or knew what she was doing. I am upset and i welll never go to Petco ever again. You let me leave with my dog not even halfway done. He looks terrible

Besides a couple guys (I believe one is manager) at this location, I've been disrespected by almost every cashier I have ever had here. Prepare to be treated like trash when you don't give your phone number, it's pathetic. Was told I'm "refusing" to give a phone number for feeding worms after simply replying no thank you to giving out my number, and just now was spoken down to when buying algae wafers because "we won't be able to look you up if you return these without a receipt"...OBVIOUSLY I DONT CARE! Every interaction I end with thank you have a good day and all I get is a cold silence. Train your employees to have some respect for the customers.

They never carry the 6 ounce cans of Weruva Cats in the Kitchen Fowl Ball anymore. They only sell the small cans, which are too expensive when you're feeding 2 adult cats on a restricted diet.

MAGGOTS!! Id give it no starts at all. they sold me a 60$ bag of kibble with maggots in it!!! and when I was there there was a bird on the loose. So dont bring your pet here unless youre getting a toy everything else I cannot trust them anymore.

This was a very uncomfortable experience. “Mexican” isn’t a language. I don’t take racism lightly, & will no longer be shopping here as much as I enjoyed going. I am very disappointed in this location. & its employees.

The worker at the front desk with blue/green hair was very rude and aggressive when talking to me. I would not allow my dog to be handled by someone that doesn't care or consider what the owners concerns are.

I would never go to this place again
We wanted to adopt a cat for my sons birthday and JULIE was super rude dislike us to get near the cats. Worst worker ever I hope management get something done as a customer I am so disappointed my son did not get his cat just because of a bad employee.

BE AWARE!!! If you are 10 mins late to your grooming appointment, they will cancel on you. NEVER HEARD THIS NEW POLICY BEFORE and nobody mentioned that when you booked appointments (not even booking over the phone) but they will use that to hold against you. I was 11 mins late and I was shunned.
