Excellent, fast customer service. I needed some metal tags for custom made urns for loved ones. I reached out, explained what I needed, they did a mock up, and when I went the next day to pick the metal and pay, he already had them made. A set in each color. Extremely happy with his work.

Perfect In Design was wonderful to work with. I had 4 Christmas ornaments engraved. Semyon emailed me a mock up with the design, allowed me to pick any font I wanted from Google Fonts, and completed the work in 2 days. If I need any more engraving, I'll happily work with him again.
