“I called on 12/29/2023 with a question about consolidating my like gallons of paint to quarts and printing stickers for the new cans. The lady (whose name I didn't catch) told me what could be done. I came in a few hours later and Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He got me the empty cans I needed and printed off 11 stickers (11 of 12 paint cans were purchased at Hirshfield's) then directed me on how to handle the 12th. I asked about recycling the empties I had at home, and he said bring them in! I called ahead and came in right before the store closed and Jeff and his co-worker were there to greet me and help bring my cans in and hold the door. They didn't mind the store was about to close, they were accommodating.I've been in customer service for more than 20 years and it's hard to find good service post-pandemic. They weren't upset I was there right before the store closed and were willing to work with me. Jeff and the entire Hirshfield staff were willing to assist in the holiday spirit. I can't thank them enough and will continue to use their products as I've done in the past...paint, wallpaper, and blinds.”

“I went to the Eagan location on a Wednesday thinking I had a coupon as I was going to be buying some expensive paint to paint my kitchen cabinets. The super nice sales associate told me that the coupon actually didn't start until Friday. I came back Friday and the sales associate was so nice and helped me get what I needed. She even helped answer some questions about why another paint project I did a few years ago with another brand might not have worked out. This was my first time buying paint for myself from a dedicated paint store and I will never go back to a big box store for paint! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the products are great. Oh, and I got to use my coupon! :)”
